A beautiful place to sit in all of our seasons. Often in the summer months Comfortable shade with a light breeze is often found. And with Winter this cemetery is calm and peaceful after a new layer of snow. Cozy spots to park and believe it of not there is some very interesting wildlife to be seen. Rabbits are in abundance, woodpeckers large an small with an occasionally coyote.

Sinai Memorial Park does indeed look like a park in many respects. Lots of lovely old trees and flowers cover the rolling hills of the cemetery. A very pleasant place and we saw several people either strolling or jogging among the memorials.
This is a Jewish cemetery and it has a wide assortment of different memorials, from the very old and worn to the brand new. Some of the newer ones are indeed impressive with beautiful lettering and unique designs.
Many of the older stones were very worn and difficult to read. I did manage to see some from the early 1800s and others looked older but were so tired and abused that it was impossible to read much more than a letter or occasional number.
