Angie talked to Olivia a lot calling her a pretty girl and good girl. Olivia is a friendly girl and had all her teeth removed (dental problem)and front claws had also been removed. I think that she would be an easy client. I really appreciated the fact that Angie talked to Olivia easing her angst about being in new surroundings and getting her belly shaved.
