So essentially my dog could have left there with a broken neck and/or leg. My dog has always received compliments from various vet techs and other groomers about how well behaved and non-fidgety she is, so something must have really hurt her to make her move the way she did. Aside from my dog leaving there traumatized, they also did a terrible job with the service itself. It doesn't even look like she got her nails trimmed. Please read addendum…read more While the Groomer was very nice and I did tip her I was alarmed that my dog's testicles are raw. His bottom was not cleaned. His ears were not cleaned. His cut is very uneven. I am upset for the amount that I spent of over $310, I was quoted 220.00. For obvious reasons no pictures of his bottom or testicles. I am changing this review. Sarah came back today, yes it took a bit but she has many other clients. We had a long discussion about miscommunication. She fixed absolutely everything that was a concern. My Brutus came back totally different. You could tell he felt good and looked good. I will use her again. Thank you so much for working with me and my boy. I have also removed the photos.
