The service was top-notch from beginning to end. All staff that I dealt with were very professional and made sure communication was valued. I didn't have to guess about anything. The website is user-friendly, and all your documents and information for your animal are kept there. If there are any issues, they do their best to fix them without you worrying about your pet. Our ever changing itineraries, heat embargo's, and drop off personnel were never an inconvenience for them. Mark and his team made sure we were educated and comfortable with every step. I was pleasantly surprised by their helpfulness and willingness to be sure everything was in order. We will be using them again to transport our baby back to the states in a few years. We are so thankful for Feathers & Fur, they were outstanding on reuniting us with our bulldog.
