German Shepherds have been the great loves of our lives; we've had them since I was less than a month old. When our first lead on a dog fell through, Monique was right there with us, and when we finally found "the one," she was genuinely overjoyed. Despite a lot of uncertainty with transport dates, Monique's promise never wavered: she told me that no matter what, she would get this 2-year-old dog to my Dad. She and her husband David did exactly that. They transported our new family member from Illinois to Scottsdale, keeping us updated with photos and videos the entire way. Bottom line is I went to them and they said they won't allow me to exchange it for something else. I'm livid. It's not like I asked for a refund. I asked for an exchange and they refused.
