What did we like? Facility - We were looking for a place with an area outside that has actual grass and the other kind they can still play on that doesn't get them all muddy. The other daycare and boarding places didn't have much room for pups to run around or it was just a warehouse and no grass. I swear my dog held his pee until we picked him up and walked him to the grass. This place has lots of room to run around and make them tired! They've got separate indoor areas for doggies that either need a break, a nap or just wants to sit up front with the staff. Staff - The staff is amazing!! They do get to know your dog because they are all animal lovers and they know their behaviors! It's so nice when we walk in and they're already greeting Chewy by name. He loves walking in here, he knows as soon as we turn into the parking lot and just pulls us right inside! It seems they always have fun working there and there's always a celebration, like a doggy birthday or pajama theme day or something. Fun staff for sure! Pricing - very affordable! They do half days and full days. The boarding at night is well priced as well.. and we know our Chewy will be able to run around and play during the day. Grooming - they do grooming, baths and nail trimming too! Cons Only thing i was concerned about in the beginning was not any staff present at night time when you board your dog overnight... but the staff reassured us there are alarms and systems in place where staff would be readily available if needed. They all live really close by. So it hasn't been a problem for us at all! I highly recommend this place for all you doggy needs! If they need exercise, socializing or just doggy friends instead of being home alone.. this is the place for them!

While my husband drive our dog to the vet , Gail talked to the vet and relayed his symptoms. It turned out he herniated a disc. He is back to 100% of his playful self. Gail has groomed out poodles since 1998. Since our animals can't tell us when they are hurting we were glad that Gail has such a great relationship with Toby to realize something was seriously wrong. After seeing the amazing success that Steve was able to work on my parent's dog in a few short…read moreweeks I invited him over to my house for a free assessment of my 5 year old beagle mix (who has had growing issues with aggression). During the initial meeting Steve met my dog, took the time to discuss my concerns with her aggression, and explained his training practices. We decided to go with his unlimited onsite training. Since hiring Steve, we've worked with him at our house once a week. Steve has worked great with us & our dog and has been super flexible with scheduling around us. We've been able to combat some of my dog's aggression and I believe that with more of Steve's training we'll have the perfect dog in no time. We had called our vet and they had recommended Steve. So we called him and we could not have made a better decision! Our dogs went from lunatics to these amazing dogs that listen to us! The fighting has stopped and even our friends are amazed at how calm they are when they come over! Recently moved to the Medford area from San Diego with our two dogs and cats. After planning a…read morevacation, and not being familiar with any pet sitters in the area, we spoke to our Veterinarian who highly recommended Helping Hands Pet Services (a few of the staff members are also clients). We wanted as little stress for the dogs/cats as possible while we were away. On top of that, we'd never left the keys to our home with a virtual stranger, and wanted to know our home's security would be a priority. Needless to say, we were really serious about finding a caring, trustworthy pet sitter. We met with Karri and immediately loved her, but more importantly our animals really seemed to be crazy about her too, and one of our dogs doesn't like very many people - seriously, this was a real concern for us. Karri instantly won over everyone and put our minds at ease. We were gone for a week, and she took excellent care of the entire crew! She texted regular updates, sent pictures making us feel assured that everything was fine at home. When we returned everything was just as we left it, and while our pets were happy to see us return, I think they were more disappointed that Karri was gone! Karri was amazing and we will not hesitate to call her the next time we plan a vacation or need a pet sitter for the day!
