I would NOT recommend Forever Faithful. Which is sad because 5 years ago I would have and had an…read moreamazing experience...but not this time. I lost my cat in the evening and called, left a voicemail and the woman called me back about a half hour later to which I explained the scenario and said I would arrive with him the next day at 1 pm. When I arrived the girl was extremely brief, zero sympathy, zero empathy just straight to the point "its this much for a standard urn, I could add engraving and a hair clipping". Was not walked through better urn options or any other add ons. She essentially made us feel like she just wanted us to get the heck out of there quickly. She did not say sorry for your loss or even act like she cared at all of what a huge loss this was for our family. It was extremely jarring as my cat was like my soul mate whom I've had by my side through everything for 15 years. For 6 months he fought through a cancer diagnosis surpassing what even his vet expected of him. I went through SO much in this time, giving him medication, spoon feeding him, buying every product under the sun to get him to keep weight to help his battle. So when death finally came for him it was a pain unlike anything I've ever felt. So Miss "Having a bad day" really didn't help. Her complete inability to show any kind of care or emotion for someone entering a place that handles loss was unbelievable. The ONLY reason they're getting 2 stars from me is because as always the packaging and product received for him was still beautiful. But I would NOT recommend this company and I will NOT be back in the future. I'd prefer to go through this type of heartbreaking scenario with a place that is capable of empathy.

My first time going to Adoring Pet Funeral Home was in August 2012, when my 15-year-old Toy Poodle,…read moreNautica, passed away. From the very first call, I knew I was in compassionate hands. Stefanie referred to him as "Your Baby" and walked me through everything "My Baby" would go through during the process. That kind of care and empathy immediately put me at ease during such a difficult time. The morning we took Nautica, we brought him to the chapel where he was gently placed on a bier. We stepped into another room to complete the paperwork, and once that was done, we returned to the chapel. The entire experience was handled with incredible professionalism, respect, and warmth. Adoring Pet Funeral Home went above and beyond to make an extremely difficult moment as comforting as possible. Their compassion and attention to detail made me feel like Nautica was treated with the same love and dignity he had in life. I am forever grateful for the care they showed my little family member. Unfortunately, I recently had to pay them another visit when my 13-year-old Rat Terrier, Khloe, passed away the Thursday before Thanksgiving. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with pure kindness and the same thoughtful care I experienced years ago. I also learned that they now offer Aquamation--an eco-friendly, water-based process that returns pet remains to a sterile bone powder, similar to cremation but without flame. It's gentle, environmentally conscious, and produces more abundant "ash," giving pet owners a meaningful option for their fur babies. To all pet lovers: our fur babies deserve a loving and respectful final resting place, and I highly recommend Adoring Pet Funeral Home. They make one of life's hardest moments as compassionate and dignified as possible.

Today was probably the hardest day of my life. My 12-year-old boxer has been with me my entire…read moreadulthood and grew up with my children. Witnessing his fourth-quarter completely broke my heart -- two weeks ago he was a happy and lively boxer with a small limp; a week later, he was suffering seizures and his legs could no longer support him. It got to a point where he couldn't get up to use the bathroom, and would have accidents while he was laying down. He looked so defeated. Anyway, yesterday I contacted Dr. Fish. He was polite and helpful - my whole family was an emotional mess. He explained the process well, gave us a ton of encouragement, and gave us advice. Know what else he did? He offered a hug. And you have no idea how much I needed a hug right in that moment. Having him euthanized at home was the right decision. A couple of weeks ago when I took him to the vet, he was visibly terrified, shaking and threatening to bite off my hand if I tried to get him out the car. I couldn't bring myself to dragging him into a vet's office, scared in his last moments of life. Instead, we played all day - with some extra end-of-the-road pain pills, he got up on his feet, went in the backyard and chased the ball with the kids. He was happy in his last moments - and Dr Fish made sure that we could let him go peacefully and in his happy place. I'd give him 100 stars if I could.

My baby went peacefully on 3/2/2025 after dealing with many health issues including kidney, liver, heart and gum disease. However, I was able to ensure she had a good quality of life up until the end when she stopped eating. After I saw she could not retain food, I quickly made arrangements and Dr. Fish accomodated us. We celebrate her life and recommend Dr. Fish for his compassion, expertise and gentle service.
