I called and called to have my sweet kitty who passed taken care of and got no response. Even after leaving several messages. Horrible.

The people were so friendly, kind, considerate, and when they came to pick her up, they treated her with such respect, kindness, and talked to her as if she were still here. Their service was remarkable! I literally cannot say enough. Their pricing was equally impressive, not gouging us with money during such a terrible time. Their packages gave us comfort in making the best decision for our needs and when we came to pick her up, they were so sweet and comforting. My dog had a knee replacement and they even took care in wrapping her metal plate separately from her ashes. As weird as that may sound, that's how I knew it was her! I know I said this before, but I can't say enough! Thank you to everyone at Pet Passages you are all incredible people!

Chris was so wonderful and make this entire heart wrenching process so much easier. His demeanor and word choices, kindness and true compassion made what I thought would be unbearable into a very calming and peaceful process. They were so affordable I almost felt guilty paying that amount given the level of time and care they provided me. Can not say enough wonderful things about Pet Passages and Chris and I am forever grateful for everything you did for us!

Witnessing his fourth-quarter completely broke my heart -- two weeks ago he was a happy and lively boxer with a small limp; a week later, he was suffering seizures and his legs could no longer support him. It got to a point where he couldn't get up to use the bathroom, and would have accidents while he was laying down. He looked so defeated. Anyway, yesterday I contacted Dr. Fish. He was polite and helpful - my whole family was an emotional mess. He explained the process well, gave us a ton of encouragement, and gave us advice. Know what else he did? He offered a hug. And you have no idea how much I needed a hug right in that moment. Having him euthanized at home was the right decision. A couple of weeks ago when I took him to the vet, he was visibly terrified, shaking and threatening to bite off my hand if I tried to get him out the car. I couldn't bring myself to dragging him into a vet's office, scared in his last moments of life. Instead, we played all day - with some extra end-of-the-road pain pills, he got up on his feet, went in the backyard and chased the ball with the kids. He was happy in his last moments - and Dr Fish made sure that we could let him go peacefully and in his happy place. I'd give him 100 stars if I could.

My baby went peacefully on 3/2/2025 after dealing with many health issues including kidney, liver, heart and gum disease. However, I was able to ensure she had a good quality of life up until the end when she stopped eating. After I saw she could not retain food, I quickly made arrangements and Dr. Fish accomodated us. We celebrate her life and recommend Dr. Fish for his compassion, expertise and gentle service.

I lost my cat in the evening and called, left a voicemail and the woman called me back about a half hour later to which I explained the scenario and said I would arrive with him the next day at 1 pm. When I arrived the girl was extremely brief, zero sympathy, zero empathy just straight to the point "its this much for a standard urn, I could add engraving and a hair clipping". Was not walked through better urn options or any other add ons. She essentially made us feel like she just wanted us to get the heck out of there quickly. She did not say sorry for your loss or even act like she cared at all of what a huge loss this was for our family. It was extremely jarring as my cat was like my soul mate whom I've had by my side through everything for 15 years. For 6 months he fought through a cancer diagnosis surpassing what even his vet expected of him. I went through SO much in this time, giving him medication, spoon feeding him, buying every product under the sun to get him to keep weight to help his battle. So when death finally came for him it was a pain unlike anything I've ever felt. So Miss "Having a bad day" really didn't help. Her complete inability to show any kind of care or emotion for someone entering a place that handles loss was unbelievable. The ONLY reason they're getting 2 stars from me is because as always the packaging and product received for him was still beautiful. But I would NOT recommend this company and I will NOT be back in the future. I'd prefer to go through this type of heartbreaking scenario with a place that is capable of empathy.

He made it abundantly clear that you and the loss of your beloved pet is what mattered. We called to seek services and without even hesitation or the mention of packages and pricing, all Paul wanted to know was "What was her name." Not in a way to write up a form, but in general interest of wanting to know what important pet has left your family. My family has been in animal rescue for years and no one has ever taken that caring approach on wanting to know about the pet first. What was she like, how she mattered to you and her importance in your life. He made you feel like you indeed are dealing with a loss and it was definitely significant. Upon meeting him, it was understood why. He had a dog, Brady, that was his whole world. This dog travelled the nation with him and was his companion for years. He was known in the community and was very beloved. Sadly, he passed away and Paul knew first hand the great loss it weighs on the heart. He took that loss and somehow translated into being able to comfort those during their sadness and making them feel like they are not just a transaction. He sympathized, because he felt that pain before. He understood, because he has been there before. And for some, these pets are their whole world, and he has known that, because he had Brady. This is the kind of care that you want handling your cremations for your fur babies. You want someone who will cradle them, as they carry them away from your car and you want someone who hands you back a beautiful urn with a lovely wildflower seed heart to plant, so that the love continues to live on. I do not say this lightly, but if you are in your time of despair due to pet loss... Paul is the best person to handle your cremation needs. Thank you Paul.
