My first appointment here was when my precious dog had just been diagnosed with cancer of the mouth and had just had major surgery. Danni made sure no other dogs would be there that afternoon to totally devote to a stress free experience for my girl. I'm grateful and she turned out beautiful! Have brought my new puppies here within a few weeks of getting them just to get them used to going to groomer and they seem to enjoy their visits. Highly recommend this small local business and since Danni is such a highly skilled, caring and friendly groomer, appointments are sometimes rather difficult to get at spur of the moment. Just booked mine out May - December. Prices here are extremely reasonable seeing as I have Chow Chow and a Eurasier which are ALL hair and A LOT of work! Can pretty much guarantee your pups would be very happy to come here.

Danyelle always does such a great job getting through the fluff and making our dog look great! Her customer service is excellent and our pup loves her days at the 'Spaw'. Typically our dog is very frantic, but she's never nervous to go. I would definitely recommend bringing your dog here! You and your dog will love it!

2026 UPDATED!! Warning to double coated dog owners!!!…read more If I could give this store a negative 100 stars I would. When booking online for a groom for next availability it does NOT let you know who your booking with till after booking. However, I'm not particularly picky with that considering I just like to give my Pomeranian a simple trim. He's gone multiple times to this salon with no issues till now. For $70.00 they shaved my DOUBLE COATED POMERANIAN, which no sane groomer should ever do, despite there being notes on how to groom him. BEWARE of the groomer Shauntia. She has zero experience with grooming dogs and it shows. She shaved and gauged my double coated Pomeranian, left him uneven, and didn't groom the specific areas I asked for. The owner did nothing about it, blew me off, and took zero responsibility for a groomer who shouldn't deal with double coated dogs. I even specifically stated that if she had to leave him longer, please do, but instead went shorter. I knew his cut wouldn't be the same, however to shave my double coated dog is horrendous. I clearly stated and put in his notes to NEVER shave him and they did. Spare your $70.00 and go to an actual groomer. I learned my lesson the hard way and will never bring my dog back here let alone give them any of my business again. I added in before pictures with how his coat should look. Double coated dogs, especially Pomeranian's, should have longer coats. This is now putting his health at risk especially since shaving a Pomeranian can lead to Alopecia. However, it appears Pet Supply Plus doesn't hold high standards and educate their groomers on what should and should not be allowed with a groom. All I wanted was a a little trim up if his previous look could not be replicated and I stated as such to the groomers. If someone isn't confidante in their skills, they shouldn't go ahead and butcher a dogs coat. UPDATE 2/24/2026: I went to a new groomer and he had his annual vet checkup, and his coat is permanently damaged due to how short he was cut. His coat has grown out to be a gnarly texture that doesn't properly shed his undercoat instead of his natural fluffy soft self. I was told by his new groom and my vet that double coated dogs should never be trimmed as short as he was because it damages their undercoat and it will never grow back correctly. I'm frustrated and furious that this even happened and no one at this store wants to take accountability.
