In the 5 minutes my wife waited for someone to help her, she witnessed the groomer yell at him multiple times, calling him names and saying he has made her late for being such a di*k and as*hole, slapped/hit him, and tugged aggressively a few times. When the groomer brought our dog out, she was as sweet as pie. My wife quickly paid and snarkily apologized for our dog being so difficult. Once my wife was handed our dog, she told the groomer that she saw her yell at him. The groomer said "that's only because I got cut," and my wife said, "I saw you hit him and we won't be back." My wife was so upset, that she just left, shaking. Our groomer seems so sweet every time we take our dogs there. What's even more upsetting is our dog is the least aggressive cockapoo you'd ever meet, is over 12 years old, and is pretty much blind and deaf. I can't imagine anything he would have done to elicit such a response. It's terrifying to know how people treat 'yours' when you aren't around. Please be careful - he cannot be the only dog she's treated this way.

I literally couldn't find anything negative about them and now I see why! Jessica was so professional, organized and kind. I told her that we would be celebrating our toy poodles 2nd Birthday and she was able to schedule us for the day before her party. We were concerned with how she would handle grooming again. Prior to her appointment I received appointment confirmations via text and email. Jessica arrived on time, was gentle and friendly. She spent time allowing Chloe to get acquainted and made me feel really comfortable as well. Chloe was so excited to meet her. I was asked questions regarding my grooming preferences and struggled to communicate them to her. I anxiously awaited and peeked out the window occasionally. I frantically worried that I didn't explain something properly and Chloe would look a mess for her party. I was shocked when Chloe and Jessica rang the doorbell only after an hour. Chloe pranced into the house and looked PERFECT! More importantly, she didn't show a single sign of stress. Jessica set her down and she ran off to get a toy and brought it back like nothing ever happened. I absolutely could not have been any more satisfied with the entire experience. It is so convenient, I love the peace of mind knowing that she is right outside my door and it is so much easier on her. Grooming previously took 3 hours, by the time I picked her up she was stressed, anxious and absolutely desperate to potty. I also thought it was so thoughtful that they returned Chloe with a really cute flower collar instead of the dreaded bows. She even remembered it was her birthday and brought me a birthday bandana too in case I didn't have anything for her to wear to her party. Thank you Pawsitively Purrfect for easing my fears and taking such great care of my furbaby!

Dogs are put out to play with dogs they may have never met, unsupervised by staff in person. There is also no hot water in most of the sinks, so all dog bowls are washed in cold or lukewarm water (there's no dishwasher). The dogs are let outside much too infrequently, particularly in busier seasons/days. The play equipment for the dogs is very old, a lot of things falling apart, with again, no budget to upgrade to better play equipnment. Do not recommend - and especially with the latest Nemcolin Woodlands Resort debacle, things will never get any better now at this kennel.

I gave them a call, and they said I could walk in any time for a nail trim, so I took him almost immediately after I called! Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions, I could not go inside, but the owner (I believe) helped me out so much from outside. It was very quick and painless, and Spencer came out looking like a new man. As I got my wallet out to pay, the owner kindly said this first one would be on him (a nail trim is normally $15). I will absolutely be back here the next time Spencer needs a nail trim or any other grooming need solely because the owner was so kind to me. They've been in business for 19 years, so they know how to take care of their customers and pets! Definitely consider this place for your pets' grooming needs.

I couldn't differentiate between a puppy cut Vs regular cut or how I would like the hair on his face cut( umm..short) to if I wanted his teeth brushed( huh? Sure!) During our visit Mike proved to me extremely knowledgable, friendly & reassuring. He guided me through what might work best for my pup without being overtly aggressive. Sometimes, it is great to have someone help navigate thru unchartered territories. My pooch even got a complimentary nail trim while there. On the day of his grooming,post session,I came in to find a perfectly trimmed little pup who was too busy playing with the other dogs in the salon to even notice I hadn't been there all this time! Mike kept a close eye on him knowing it was our first time which made the experience all the better. Overall: I'm glad I had Mike & Precious Paws to help groom my pooch... After taking my dog in they bashed the previous vet stating he was suppose to have all these vaccines he never received. I requested they trim his nails. They brought him out to me and said he would not accept the Lyme vaccine he was suppose to get. I asked, "did he allow you to trim his nails?" "no, you'll need to play with his paws more." Sorry but WTF? Ringing me out she said since he didn't get the one vaccine bill came to $95. When I got home I looked and realized they didn't credit my $58 deposit AND they charged me for vaccine he didn't get. Called to sort this matter out and was told he DID get Lyme vaccine (again. WTF) and they said their system does not show you the $58 deposit being credited, you just need to know it's on there. They are not transparent with their billing and facility does not seem to be a smooth operation.
