I wish I could give 0 stars. Just got off the phone with my vet telling me that I'm no longer…read morewelcome there because of how I apparently mistreated her and her staff. My dog is on a pretty high prescription of trazodone, and has been for a while now. The last time she was at the vet was March 2024 but we have been giving her this medication long before that and through this past month being August 2025. When I went to refill her medication through our pharmacy (which is not at the vet) we apparently ran out of refills, so they reached out to the vet, a total of four times before Labor Day weekend. When they weren't getting any response back, I took the liberty to contact the vet myself. I was told by the vet assistant that an appointment was overdue and needed to be made because apparently there needs to be an annual check up. No one told me an annual check up was needed to continue giving my dog this medication but here we are a year AND A HALF later, and we were still able to refill and give my dog this medication until now. So after being told that I need to schedule an appointment, apparently the next appointment isn't for a few weeks. So I asked if the prescription could be filled until the doctor could see my dog. After being told by the assistant it was not possible to get a refill, I persisted this medication was needed, and she later stated would need to chat with the doctor. After a few minutes, the doctor called me back and told me she could lose her license by refilling even just a few days of medication because she needed to see the dog since it's been over a year. No one told me an annual checkup was needed and this prescription was on autofill, so usually when it's low, the next refill is waiting at the pharmacy. Apparently it was my responsibility to be on top of annual appts, but I was never informed annual appts were even necessary for this prescription, especially since it has already been over a year and we've received multiple refill already after an appt would be due. So now the vet was still refusing to fill this prescription, even a small amount until the appt date. To me this sounded like she was trying to change my dog medication from her current prescription down to zero until she could see my dog. I implied that she's changing my dog's medication before she can see my dog, she is breaking her own rule. It would make more sense to me to keep her current medication until she can see my dog and adjust whatever is needed. After a few words back-and-forth, I insisted this medication should be kept the same and at least refilled until the appt, but she then told me, "based on your interactions with me and my staff, its become clear to me how poorly you treat your dog, and I refuse to fill this prescription on principal alone now." Obviously I'm frustrated at this point, so I may have replied with a few unkind words because she insinuated I don't care about my dog, when I am simply trying to get the medication she desperately needs. She then told me the appt is now cancelled and I'm no longer welcome at the office anymore.

Extremely, terrifyingly disorganized practice. With an extremely unprofessional owner. Avoid this…read morelocation. They don't allow you to come in for tech appointments (which is the cause of all of their issues). My dog has only been seen for arthritis and has been put on a routine of adequan injections twice weekly for four weeks. On one occasion, this clinic had given my dog the wrong service (gave him routine lab work when he was due for his Adequan injection, a twice weekly series for several weeks in a row). The owner blamed me, saying that When scheduling the appointment, I chose the wrong option. There is no option for the service my dog receives, nor is there an option for "other", only a long list of services he wasn't getting. The last option on the list is "lab work - other", which I selected as it seemed like the closest option possible. Instead of checking with my fiancé upon arrival, who took him for the appointment, or looking at his chart to see that he is "prescribed" a routine of coming twice weekly for a month for the same injection, they gave him the "lab work - other" which apparently to them is routine lab work... no questions about why I was asking for "lab work other", just took the blood and gave the dog back without another word. I noticed when I saw the receipt that should have been $30 but was instead $200. One would think that the tech and or vet would reach out as to why blood work was being taken or what they may be looking for, but no. When I called and eventually brought the dog back, a very hostile owner/vet came to my car to yell at me in a very intense manner. He said my fiancé lied about the events that happened (that no one asked him why he was there) and demanded I call him in front of him. So I did. My fiancé explained to the owner that the tech did not ask why the dog was there. An incredible weird sequence of events. I should have left the practice at this point, which I threatened to but decided to give another Dr. a chance. I saw a great female veterinarian a few months later looking into next steps for my dog's arthritis. She recommended a repeat of the same 4 week/ twice a week injunctions. We actually talked about my last experience and she said they would schedule all of the injections right then and there to avoid any confusion. I did that 2 weeks ago, brought my dog to the first two appointments and got the injection no problem. My fiancé took him for the third injection, no problem. My fiancé tried to take him today and was told that he "wasn't allowed" to bring the dog without my authorization. A new policy? Since the 4 days earlier he was there? Disorganized at best. Unprofessional at least. So, they called me repeatedly for 45 minutes but I was unable to answer my phone as I am on a business trip (the reason said fiancé is there). They had my dog inside but wouldn't give him back or the injection until they reached me. Finally after an hour, and my fiancé getting the dog back in the car after going inside the building, I saw the missed calls and spoke to an understandable furious fiancé. Baffled, I called and tried speaking to them to tell them to be told it's "in my chart" (apparently since today only) that only I can bring my dog for services. More likely, the owner heard somehow that he brought the dog and not myself and decided to be unprofessional and impose a new rule to be petty. What a nightmare! If you value your sanity and your animal's health, I highly recommend going to a more professional practice with empathetic and kind ownership.

The full work up for over $500. My dog started having trouble breathing and dry cough about day and half after going there. Thought maybe it was a response to the vaccines. When I called today to bring my dog in for examination after she starting coughing up blood ..... THEY REFUSED To see her ........ it's seems they don't take urgent care. This has been my rescue dog's vet for since 2019 years and they refused to see what could be wrong with her and told me to go somewhere else ... they wouldn't see her till the following week because of course all their wellness and vaccination appointments were full. What kind of Vet are you if you can't see sick animals? ANSWER: you are not a vet ! You are a vaccination distribution factory because that's where your money is. Also, when I complained about my so-called family vet not seeing her, their receptionist said she'd ask the nighttime Vets when they come in 2 hours if they would see my sick animal. I told her if they wouldn't see her I would not be returning to their so called "care". After waiting 4 hours they called me back ..... but I was already sitting in a new Vet's office (a Vet that has never seen her as a patient that took her immediately) hearing the news that my poor dog was terminal and will be dead in a few weeks!
