I asked everyone I knew for recommendations and did my due diligence prior to booking an appointment with Pawsitively Purrfect. I literally couldn't find anything negative about them and now I see why! Jessica was so professional, organized and kind. I told her that we would be celebrating our toy poodles 2nd Birthday and she was able to schedule us for the day before her party. We were concerned with how she would handle grooming again. Prior to her appointment I received appointment confirmations via text and email. Jessica arrived on time, was gentle and friendly. She spent time allowing Chloe to get acquainted and made me feel really comfortable as well. Chloe was so excited to meet her. I was asked questions regarding my grooming preferences and struggled to communicate them to her. I anxiously awaited and peeked out the window occasionally. I frantically worried that I didn't explain something properly and Chloe would look a mess for her party. I was shocked when Chloe and Jessica rang the doorbell only after an hour. Chloe pranced into the house and looked PERFECT! More importantly, she didn't show a single sign of stress. Jessica set her down and she ran off to get a toy and brought it back like nothing ever happened. I absolutely could not have been any more satisfied with the entire experience. It is so convenient, I love the peace of mind knowing that she is right outside my door and it is so much easier on her. Grooming previously took 3 hours, by the time I picked her up she was stressed, anxious and absolutely desperate to potty. I also thought it was so thoughtful that they returned Chloe with a really cute flower collar instead of the dreaded bows. She even remembered it was her birthday and brought me a birthday bandana too in case I didn't have anything for her to wear to her party. Thank you Pawsitively Purrfect for easing my fears and taking such great care of my furbaby!

Our cat is easily scared and can sometimes get aggressive during grooming. In the past, I paid a luxury mobile pet spa almost 4 times as much, they didn't do nearly as good of a job, she was terrified when she was returned to me, and they refused to groom her again. She just came back from Brittany's acting like her normal self, she didn't hide for hours under thr couch like she did with the previous groomer, they were SO FAST, and her cut is so much better! In addition, the staff was friendly, smart and accommodating! I highly reccommend them. If they can do this good on an aggressive/scared cat, they can do anything!

I gave them a call, and they said I could walk in any time for a nail trim, so I took him almost immediately after I called! Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions, I could not go inside, but the owner (I believe) helped me out so much from outside. It was very quick and painless, and Spencer came out looking like a new man. As I got my wallet out to pay, the owner kindly said this first one would be on him (a nail trim is normally $15). I will absolutely be back here the next time Spencer needs a nail trim or any other grooming need solely because the owner was so kind to me. They've been in business for 19 years, so they know how to take care of their customers and pets! Definitely consider this place for your pets' grooming needs.

So, when it was time to find groomer for my 3 mth pooch,I wanted to find someone perfect! Unfortunately a search on yelp for local pet groomers did not bring me much luck. Thankfully though, while driving thru Bridgeville I chanced upon Precious Paws. With no reviews to provide any guidance,I decided to give this place a shot. During my call to schedule an appointment, I spoke to Mike, the owner. Realizing how clueless I was about my pooch's needs,Mike asked me to drop in with my pup so that we could address what needed to be done.... I was soo grateful for that! I couldn't differentiate between a puppy cut Vs regular cut or how I would like the hair on his face cut( umm..short) to if I wanted his teeth brushed( huh? Sure!) During our visit Mike proved to me extremely knowledgable, friendly & reassuring. He guided me through what might work best for my pup without being overtly aggressive. Sometimes, it is great to have someone help navigate thru unchartered territories. My pooch even got a complimentary nail trim while there. On the day of his grooming, post session,I came in to find a perfectly trimmed little pup who was too busy playing with the other dogs in the salon to even notice I hadn't been there all this time! Mike kept a close eye on him knowing it was our first time which made the experience all the better. Overall: I'm glad I had Mike & Precious Paws to help groom my pooch... Now thanks to them I know how I like my pup's facial hair cut! :))

Dogs are put out to play with dogs they may have never met, unsupervised by staff in person. There is also no hot water in most of the sinks, so all dog bowls are washed in cold or lukewarm water (there's no dishwasher). The dogs are let outside much too infrequently, particularly in busier seasons/days. The play equipment for the dogs is very old, a lot of things falling apart, with again, no budget to upgrade to better play equipnment. Do not recommend - and especially with the latest Nemcolin Woodlands Resort debacle, things will never get any better now at this kennel.

He wags his tail when he arrives now, and I used to have to coax him out of the car. My other dog is extremely high energy. He is always tired when he gets home! He has been boarded at this facility, and the staff were able to provide him with his required medications during his stay. Oral reports of the dogs' days are provided upon pick up. The staff always greet my dogs by name, and they know which leashes/other things belong to each dog at the end of the day. They are always friendly and welcoming. I have recommended this facility to several other people. I have recommended it to puppies, adult dogs, and other dogs with significant needs. Pictures of daycare are shares on their Facebook page. It is fun to see your dog having such a great time in such a great environment.
