From the very first ohone call we knew we were in good, genuine, knowledgeable, and passionate hands. We sent our boys for board and training (3 weeks total) and it was the best investment. We loved getting regular updates while the boys were away and we never once worried about how they were treated or if they were being loved and cared for while boarding. No complaints about our experience at all! Both our puppies and we as their owners were given all the tools we needed to continue to be successful once we were all back home after board and train.

*Do not recommend!!!!*…read more We dropped off our 6 month old Corgi puppy, Tito (attached a pic for reference, this was not taken at Greenlin), at Greenlin Pet Resorts Camp Hill to be boarded for one week while my husband and I went on our honeymoon. He is currently enrolled in training at Petsmart and our trainer told us to tell Greenlin "no training" since they have their own training program and it would mess up his current training. She said they use harsh punishments. I didn't think much of it. During our trip we did receive some photos of him outside with other dogs, but I paid extra for a bedtime story to be read to Tito daily and for him to have two walks per day but there is no photo evidence that it happened. Fast forward to when we picked him up this past Sunday, November 21st. We were only told about possible respiratory illnesses being spread throughout the facility after we picked him up. He was acting off. I noticed when we got home and he rolled on his back, his outer penial area was red and swollen. Our vet can't tell if it's a UTI or a prepuce infection. Either way, he is on antibiotics now but had no health issues prior to his visit at Greenlin. Negligence?? Dirty kennels/outdoor space?? I'm not sure. What really made me angry was what I witnessed last night. We have NEVER EVER used our hands, objects or any sort of physical punishment on Tito EVER. I went to feed him a piece of chicken while simultaneously holding a spatula in my hand and he flinched when I tried to feed him. I tried again and he cowered in fear and ran away. Later that evening my husband was sweeping the floor with a broom and got too close to Tito and again he cowered in fear and ran away. He NEVER acted this way before!! Seeing the fear in his eyes made my stomach turn!! Do not send your babies here!! I trusted reviews.

So I hate to do this. But ever since Greenlin took over this location I have been beyond…read moredisappointed. When it was Keystone, I paid $5000 for a two week board and train. The results were amazing! We have a 1 1/2 year old Boxer puppy...by definition he is a spaz. At Keystone, they welcomed him with open arms and understood he was just a baby. Once Greenlin took over, it went downhill FAST. We paid about $275 for a daycare package. The staff decided he was too energetic and required him to have more training. This cost us $50 EVERY SINGLE TIME he is there. They don't deduct from the package, this is further out of pocket. So, we pay $50 per visit for him to be on a leash and nowhere near the other dogs. A staff member told us they believe this has been blown way out of proportion and that he doesn't need additional training. They also say if it were their dog, they would go elsewhere. This speaks volumes to me. He's a freaking puppy without a mean bone in his body! My husband called and left a message asking for a refund of the daycare package WE PAID FOR AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED. Can you guess if we got a call back? Of course we didn't. So, guess what? They are losing our business and I will be sure to let everyone I know how we and our puppy have been treated. They rob you of your original $ and look at you as a cash cow. You won't be looking at our puppy (or us) as cash cows anymore. Extremely pissed off and disappointed in this place! Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off like us.

signed up for SMS. Before I left the office the day I signed I was coerced in to making my first…read moreappt. So I did. I was not given a copy of the contract at that time due to a printer issue or something along those lines. I have worked with a trainer before and the trainer taught my dog what I wanted him to learn. SMS only teaches the dog what they want them to learn. The clause about not writing a negative review about them has been removed from their paperwork. As another poster wrote it was there when he went & he is correct. I have heard it from others as well. If you are confident your work is good why would anyone put that in a contract?? What are they trying to hide?? I did ask the judge if I am allowed to post on the net and he said yes as long as what I say is true to my experience. The experience was 100% negative. I took Sal to court. I didn't win becuase all the judge would say is you signed a contract. Yes, but the contract wasn't given to me to keep until months later. Sal admitted changing his website just a couple weeks before he had to appear in court. I find that interesting when he had many month earlier to do it. (he told the judge he did it a couple weeks before appearing) What was he hiding?? Sal-owner showed a video to the judge of my dog behaving. However my dog could do this before he went. He was there to learn other things I needed him to learn. However that was not a part of the mundane, repetitious program he offers. He told the judge my dog was wonderful! BUT he kept my dog in the beginner class (his admission) for 8 months. WHY? No response. If my dog didn't do something perfect I was told to increase the number on the electric collar. As an educator I know negative reinforcement never works and raising it was not the solution. He yelled at me for coming too early but in the contract it states if you are late he will fine you $50.00. He also yelled at me for sometimes leaving early. As an adult I need to make my own decissions and can leave when I want to. His ad said his trainer were certified. They are not. I learned that the hard way by contacting dog training schools (after I left) and was told they require 2-300 hours of training before one is certified. He reworded his ad (as I mentioned earlier) right before we went to court. One female trainer spent 40% of the class time on her phone. I could go on and on but why bother. In closing-I find it comical that after I took him to court he sent me an email to write a review about the company. I wonder what he was expecting. Do NOT sign the contract when you are there. Take it home and read it carefully line by line - word by word (as per the judge). Someone else was coerced into signing and could not get her deposit back even though she contacted them within hours of signing it. Please feel free to contact me if you want to discuss further.

When asked to point out the instructor who gave me the instructions he said I got - he couldn't do it. Of course not, it never happened. Allowing trainers to be on their phone during class time is NOT what I was paying for. I found the program to be very boring and mundane. I do not believe in negative reinforcement to get a positive behavior. Positive reinforcement works much better. I can not in good faith recommend them.
