It was fresh and melted in my mouth. The sea bass was cooked perfectly and the sorbet was wonderful. You could tell it was freshly made in house. Since it was my birthday they sent over a tray of desserts and glass of champagne on the house. The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was closing time and there were only two tables left but the staff did not rush us at all. They let us finish out bottle of and tray of desserts. This place is pricy but it is worth every penny for that special occasion.

That diminished the atmosphere, but nothing dampened the experience of the restaurant. We eat early and no one else was there when we arrived, and the service was attentive and impeccable. That continued throughout the night. The food is divine. Every bite everyone got was beyond compare. We all got their €51 formule, which includes almost everything on their menu except the more expensive beef dishes. For apps we got the foie gras de canard and a crab mousse. Every speck on the plates was delicious, even the garnishes. Our plats were veal on a bed of macaroni gratin flavored with foie gras, cabillaud which tasted like lobster, and poulet de volaille. Again, every morsel of food on the plates were incredible. The desserts were also fabulous. Sometimes I think more expensive restaurants aren't really worth the high price. In this case, I couldn't be more wrong.

As a main dish I had quai de veau roti, excellent piece of meat with tasty mashed potatoes. Eclair as a dessert that was also nice. We were there on a thursday night, which means music and we really really enjoyed the performance. But.... Yes there is a but. They dared to charge me 12 euros for a simple juice, not even a fresh one, no, from a carton, and called it cocktail. Even for a cocktail it would be overpriced but at least it would have contained alcohol, which wasn't the case. The prices of the drinks are nowhere to be found so they can charge you with anything. If you want to save yourself the surprise, ask before you order.

Tiny and homey restaurant, Staff was very hospitable and our waiter spoke spanish, french, and english and was very knowledgable of the menu and made some great recommendations when we were torn on dishes. We ordered from their 3 course menu for 39euros/pp. For appetizer, I ordered Tartare de waabi bleu, mouillettes "Pont-Neuf" au beurre d'algues which was essentially a serving of conch meat "tartare" on buttered bread. Think butter with a side of bread. For my entree, I ordered L'agneau des Pyrénées dans tous ses états, farandole de haricots aka Lamb served three ways: lamb chop, curried or cumin? lamb in a ceramic pot, with a side of beans. For dessert, I chose Sabayon aux fruits du moment which happened to be Sabayon over figs. I love figs and the sabayon was pretty warm and delish. Manfriend ordered the Mandoline de légumes craquants et "glacés", vinaigrette citron vert et gingembre aka mandolined veggies consisting of beets, carrots, etc in a tasty lemon vinagerette. For dinner, he ordered Belles gambas "Qwelhy", riz sauvage créole et crème au saté (creole stew with shrimp and sausage that had tons of spices and quite hearty). For dessert, he ordered Le retour du millefeuille croustillant aux trois crèmes (more like a SPIN on the millefeuille dessert where the "millefeuille" pastry was more like towers of crackers with creme in between. Interesting now CRACK and eat.

It's a French-Brazilian-Asian fusion, and every dish is just exquisite and bursting with a multitude of flavors. The menu is small - usually 3 options per entree, plat, et dessert. If you can, going for lunch is the best deal - 15 euros for main course + starter/dessert, or 20 euros for all three. The restaurant is currently only open each noon on weekdays, and Thursday + Friday nights. Once a month, they have a Brazilian dinner for 35 euros! Worth checking out :)

It seems a lot of places that are rated well only have foreigners. My wife and I had the pork confit and cod which was delicious. They're plates are very playful with complex flavors. I wouldn't say all of the flavors work together perfectly but it'll never bore you and will always be delicious. Their mango panna cotta was amazing. I don't usually like it but it blew our minds. If we were here longer we'd eat that again and definitely come back here.
