She remained close by the entire time in a way that felt unnecessary, and at one point, she brought over a sign reminding customers to remove items from their pockets. While I understand the importance of that policy, the way it was handled felt excessive and unwelcoming. Additionally, pricing information is not clearly displayed, which made it difficult to understand service costs without having to ask. You can utilize an app to pay for your services and the app also shows you how much time left on your machine & sends notifications when your load is almost ready! Very large space so you're not on top of other patrons and they even have a small lounge area with chairs and a couch to comfortably wait for your loads to finish. They was also no remedy for the situation because the tailor hadn't even touched the pants yet. If you're looking for reliability, go somewhere else.
