I brought the dress to sterling cleaners to see if they could work some magic and get the blue dye stains out- I really didn't think it was possible. I also needed to pick up the dress the next day in time for my trip. They were soo nice and helpful! The man took it and did a quick spot check to see if they could get it out & was successful, so I left it along with another dress to be cleaned. There were several of these blue spots all over the dress... & They were able to get them ALL out and have it ready in time for my vacation! I honestly cannot believe they were able to fix it & have it ready in time! I am sooo thankful and truly recommend them to anyone! They were nice, helpful, professional and worked some magic!! Happiest customer ever if you read this- THANK YOU! & if you're thinking of taking something to them, but not sure- Do it!!

Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing, and it ultimately impacted my decision not to return. When I asked the woman at the front desk about the cost of dry cleaning, her response came across as dismissive and carried an unnecessary tone. When I politely asked if there was an issue, she stated that she was focused on her work, which I found confusing given that I was simply asking a question as a customer. Throughout my visit, her behavior felt uncomfortable. She remained close by the entire time in a way that felt unnecessary, and at one point, she brought over a sign reminding customers to remove items from their pockets. While I understand the importance of that policy, the way it was handled felt excessive and unwelcoming. Additionally, pricing information is not clearly displayed, which made it difficult to understand service costs without having to ask. Overall, while the facility itself is excellent, the unfriendly and somewhat hostile customer service experience was enough to discourage me from returning.

Lol the old vending machines and people packed in & hardly any seating. Tumble & Dry is beautiful plenty of different sized washers and dryers & very reasonably priced for their sizes! The staff is outstanding and ready to help whenever you need it! (Which I did, cause I've never been to one where you can use your debit cards!) very up to date! You can utilize an app to pay for your services and the app also shows you how much time left on your machine & sends notifications when your load is almost ready! Very large space so you're not on top of other patrons and they even have a small lounge area with chairs and a couch to comfortably wait for your loads to finish. I will definitely be back in the future & definitely recommend this location! They also have in house laundry services, drop off & pick up as well as delivery! Again, very VERY reasonably priced!!

When I first arrived I was greeted by what I assume is the owner. She was professional and prompt. Asked what I needed, got me into my suit and measured in a matter of minutes which I appreciated. I needed to have my suit pants and jacket sleeves hemmed. I dropped off on a Monday and needed the following Thursday (so about 10 days). I felt this was an ample amount of time but again, my first experience so I wasn't sure. The lady seemed to give the impression this was a quick turn but told me she could do it. The cost was $70 which I honesty don't know is good or bad. It didn't really matter to me, what was important was getting it done. I showed up Thursday only to learn my suit wasn't complete. This was a huge disappointment. Thankfully I planned ahead and told her Thursday knowing I wouldn't need it until Friday evening. She promised me it would be done Friday morning and when I returned the next day it was done. It looks great. My advice would be to always give yourself a day or two extra and just live with the expectation they will not get it done in time. Don't set yourself up for disaster.
