I brought the dress to sterling cleaners to see if they could work some magic and get the blue dye stains out- I really didn't think it was possible. I also needed to pick up the dress the next day in time for my trip. They were soo nice and helpful! The man took it and did a quick spot check to see if they could get it out & was successful, so I left it along with another dress to be cleaned. There were several of these blue spots all over the dress... & They were able to get them ALL out and have it ready in time for my vacation! I honestly cannot believe they were able to fix it & have it ready in time! I am sooo thankful and truly recommend them to anyone! They were nice, helpful, professional and worked some magic!! Happiest customer ever if you read this- THANK YOU! & if you're thinking of taking something to them, but not sure- Do it!!

I had asked if they were familiar with how to clean Santa type clothes. They assured me yes "we have a few Santa suits that we do". When I pointed out the issues the man behind the counter could care less. After I called him to look, He said they could replace the clasp if I brought in a new one. I can do that myself. These outfits cost me between $300 and $400 each not including the alterations. Avoid this place for any thing you care about.
