Eric and his team were amazing! They absolutely transformed our backyard from a rotting deck to a modern paved patio. His team helped me assemble the pergola I purchased and put in the footings, and they were able to accommodate my requests on low voltage lighting and hexagon deco tiles. Eric himself was professional, incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. It's clear he cares about the quality of the work, and he's not there to just "do a job" that you paid him to do. He'll make sure to ask questions and clarify things if he's unsure, and he'll look out for things that you won't have thought of, or suggest improvements. All of this was also done at a very fair price, and it was clear the team were doing things properly from getting a level foundation, laying down base rock, and cutting and laying pavers. I would absolutely work with Paverscaping again. read more

Back in October I helped my parents with a yard remodel and we went with Paverscaping. My parents can be pretty indecisive but Eric was super patient and helped us figure out a design that worked for their budget. Once we decided, Eric and his team got us scheduled in and he kept in touch with updates for me the whole time. He was always available if my parents had questions or wanted to tweak anything. Mid-project, my parents decided to change the color of the pavers (definitely a big ask), but Eric was really accommodating and made it happen before the rain started. I know it caused some inconvenience and even delayed another project, but he was understanding and didn't make it feel like an issue at all for them. My parents have been really happy with their yard and everything has held up great. I've even reached out for an estimate for my own yard this time! Overall, great experience and I'd definitely recommend Paverscaping. read more

I hired Eric (owner of Paverscaping) for a concrete project that needed to be completed before the rainy season. We discussed scope and schedule in late September, and he confirmed multiple possible start dates (October 15 or 22). I was clear about my timing constraints and remained patient for over a month while waiting for him to begin. Throughout that period, Eric repeatedly reassured me that he could start soon but kept delaying by one week after another week until the end of October -- most recently confirming just two days before the scheduled start that he could do the work that week. Then, without warning, he abruptly canceled the entire project, citing "schedule conflicts." This last-minute cancellation left me with no time to find a replacement before the weather turns, wasting several weeks of planning and communication. I had been polite and flexible the entire time, but unfortunately the experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. If you're looking for a contractor who communicates clearly and honors commitments, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

We just finished a backyard renovation with Eric and his team, and the results are stunning!! They installed a mix of beautiful pavers and new concrete that completely transformed our space. What really set Eric apart from the other companies I quoted was his personality and flexibility. He is incredibly easygoing, responsive, and--most importantly--patient. He actually took the time to listen to our vision and explained the entire process. While other contractors were rigid, Eric was generous with his pricing and worked through multiple options to ensure the project fit our budget. The crew was always on time and highly skilled. We have some odd landscape shapes that seemed tricky, but they were creative and figured out exactly how to lay the pavers to make it look seamless. If you want someone who is professional, honest, and easy to work with, call Eric! read more

This is a delayed review. Eric helped me removed my old deck and replaced it with paver stone. He did a great job in general. The communication is nice and easy. I was having concerns regarding the drain as my patio is between garage and my house. He and his team did a great job to level the ground precisely so the water will all go to the french drain without pooling or getting close to building at either end. read more

We hired Eric and his crew in May of 2025 to demo our old driveway and install a new paver driveway and pathway around our front yard. Eric was very professional, on time, on budget and his crew was incredibly respectful and always cleaned up each day. A few months after the install we had a very minor issue that we asked him to look at. He came right back an immediately handled the issue. This is exactly the type of crew you want to work with when handling a project that you want done for a fair price and with quality workmanship. Eric and PaverScaping are an easy referral. read more

Eric, the owner, was very responsive and listened to what I wanted and provided excellent input when asked. I love the way my yard looks now. Eric and his brother, Kevin started out with the demo & took a week including the install. Eric provided a detailed estimate and there were no change orders. I highly recommend PaverScaping. Eric and his brother are an incredible team!! They drove all the way out here from San Mateo and provided the absolute best customer service and quality turf install - I had a high ask to him, to give me a quote the same-day and install before the next weekend (as we are throwing a party and wanted to have the turf installed before then). He did all that and more with care and lots of cleaning up (which is not something most contractors do well - they sometimes leave a mess). He gave the quote quick and started work the next week and finished our project in just TWO days. Much quicker than he quoted and went out of his way with some unique requests we had for him - went above and beyond to take care of us. Definitely one of the better landscapers out there and we only wish that we had found out about PaverScaping BEFORE we just did a large concrete job - they would have been able to do that and I'm sure with such care and quality as they did the turf. Definitely highly recommend Eric and his company - so rare to find people like him who care not just for the job but the customer and gave great advice on the best turf for our dog (which the dog LOVES as soon as it was installed, she's been playing nonstop on the fresh turf). Don't even bother getting other quotes - just go to PaverScaping and they'll take care of you! read more

Competitive price but quality lacking, property damage, irrigation not set up, stopped responding

First and foremost, I must say that Eric did an absolutely exceptional job on both our front yard and back yard. The transformation is truly stunning, and it's clear that he and his team put a tremendous amount of thought and care into every aspect of the project. Not only was the quality of the work absolutely top-notch, but Eric was also an absolute pleasure to work with. He was kind, courteous, punctual, and always professional, taking the time to listen to your needs and make sure that you were completely satisfied with the end result. Throughout the entire process, Eric was communicative and responsive, keeping you updated every step of the way and answering any questions or concerns that you had promptly and thoroughly. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work and truly cares about his clients, going above and beyond to ensure that you were happy with the finished product. Overall, I cannot recommend Eric and Paverscaping highly enough! I heard of him from a friend that had work done and the level of work was so great I had to find out who did the job for myself. If you're looking for a kind, professional, and exceptionally talented landscaper who will work tirelessly to bring your vision to life, then Eric is the person for you. Highly recommend you entrusting your landscaping needs to him - you won't be disappointed! read more

PaverScaping - Front yard, absolutely stunning! - Landscaping Near Me

Eric and his crew did a great job on our front & backyard makeover project. Our backyard was in terrible condition, just dirt: they installed pavers for our backyard, along with white pebbles for an area with trees and plants. They re-routed an existing irrigation line to make sure our plants were still watered. In addition they had to shorten some downspouts. We also had our front yard ripped out, with bark (for our dog) and white pebbles. Here as well, they took out our existing sprinklers and put in an irrigation drip line. Eric was very patient with our questions and a few last minute tweaks to the design. They also did a great job with the cleanup afterwards. Highly recommended! read more

I had been looking to remodel my driveway and my neighbor referred me to Eric at PaverScaping. Eric showcased not only professionalism but also an exceptional level of expertise from the get-go. He promptly responded to my request and visited the next day to give a quote. Throughout our discussions, it was clear that he was genuinely invested in ensuring I had the best possible options tailored to my design needs. He also gave thoughtful consideration to long-term factors, which was highly appreciated.. The actual installation began a week after finalizing the design. The entire team was a delight to work with--friendly, professional, and always respectful of the neighborhood. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch work was evident throughout. Eric guaranteed to check in with me over the next few months for quality assurance so I'll be sure to share updates :) read more

Eric provides outstanding thoughtful service. I had over dozen cracks in my sidewalk due to tree roots growing underneath. Several contractors said the only way to fix the problem was to remove and replace 40 feet of sidewalk. Eric assessed the situation and suggested a combination of grinding small lips and using packed asphalt for the larger cracks. He was very clear this would not be a permanent solution but will definitely fix the problem for the next few years. I appreciated his honesty and quality work. I would definitely use Eric and PaverScaping again. read more

I didn't have any idea of what I wanted for my back yard but just ideas I've seen online, when Eric came to the house I was very impressed with his imagination and vision he had! He definitely made the decisions easier for me with his experience. Pavers are not a cheap job but if you want something that will last forever I highly recommend Paverscaping. I just about fell off my chair, because no one has ever included that in any bid! He even made himself available after business hours, to answer a question my husband had. Paverscaping was referred to us by our gardener after we got several over (way over) our budget quotes. Eric, the owner, was quick to response to our call. He LISTENED to what we wanted for our single-family rental and gave us good advice on keeping the aesthetics high and the cost low. We appreciated the comprehensive and straight forward contract - very professional. He gave us a much more affordable option for the expensive river rock I initially selected and we couldn't be more pleased. Eric and his crew were punctual, neat and most accommodating as we made adjustments to the original plan. We went with a combination of sod, rock and mulch and it turned out beautifully, low maintenance and drought resistant. In less than a week both front and back yards were completed. We will happily recommend Paverscaping to family and friends. read more

I went to yelp looking for someone who can: (1) fix my artificial lawn that had developed an area of linear elevation and (2) replace a few hideous tree rings that started to come apart. I reach out to multiple artificial lawn installers. Most of them either do not offer repair or only if the lawn was installed by them. Heavenly Green wanted to charge me $500 just to come by to take a look and credit me back only when I decide to use them. My installer (Black Diamond) took 2 weeks before coming over and pretend they did not see the defect and claimed it would not be under warranty. Another installer sent a representative over, gave me a quote, and two weeks later, raise the quote by $200. Then I found PaverScaping. My prayer was answered. Eric, the owner, came by the next day and gave me a quote that beat my original quote. We only have to sign a simple straightforward one-page contract explaining the scope of work. The following week, he and his crew completed the project in a timely manner. What I learned about PaverScaping: 1) punctual- start on time and finish on time. 2) organized and clean up afterward. 3) creative and meticulous (perfect round tree rings mounted to the ground with stakes). See before and after pix. 4) honest and responsive. Would I recommend PaverScaping for future artificial lawn projects?---absolutely.
