John, the owner, came and looked at the patio and promised he would get back to me after conferring with one of his employees as to the proper method to correct this. He told me it would be done in the Fall. The Fall came and went. When I called, they apologized for the lack of communication and assured me that it would be done in the Spring. We are now approaching August, and they totally ignored the two emails that I sent asking when I could expect these corrections to be resolved. Never again!

In all fairness, I have a very small one-car driveway, which made it easier to fit me in. The HOA cooperated fairly quickly (unusual for them) and they fit me in immediately. What a beautiful job! In sweltering temperatures, Edward and his crew were out there and finished the job within 2 hours. The driveway looks beautiful and I'm very pleased.

As I got older I would have more and more issues moving those heavy five-gallon cans of coating. I then decided to hire someone to do this heavy lifting for me. Upon a recommendation of a neighbor, I contacted Todd from Pinnacle Pavement to recoat my driveway. I haven't looked back since. Pinnacle has now been doing my recoating for many years now and for a price that rivals the cost that I would incur buying the gallons of coating I would need when doing it myself. Watching Todd work is like looking at a master at his craft. Never a wasted movement as his wields his squeegee in a fine ballet spreading the coating evenly down the driveway. My driveway never looks better when he is done.

Some quick measurements and they were on their way. Very reasonable pricing, so I booked them to reseal our driveway. Due to some heavy weeks of rain, it was one week longer than originally quoted, but it rained just about every single day. They actually rescheduled for a Sunday (10am-2pm arrival) and they were here at 11:30am and completed within an hour, as our driveway is not massive. Filled in some of the larger cracks and squeegeed the driveway with a nice heavy seal. Super consistent coverage and made sure to tape off the driveway before leaving. Very friendly and left absolutely no mess behind. Highly recommend.
