Always choose the ***! I have a theory... a three star cafe never disappoints. You're not expecting too much but the food is passable and sometimes even pleasantly surprising. This is one of those places. I visited here after not going for about 18 mths and nothing has changed. We had a great scrambled eggs on sourdough (but for some reason it wasn't sourdough). The coffee is smooth and good (though just good is sub par in the shire) and the iced coffee is just as I remember it.. Lots of cream and ice-cream! If you're in the area, it truly is a nice experience. Very friendly staff, great with kids and lots of space. read more

On the edge of the mall in Sylvania, it is a different land down there folks. Serviceable food but really only if you are there. Otherwise, drive on by. read more

"An excellent cafe that is consistently brilliant. The staff there are always friendly & accommodating, the food is excellent, it's very reasonably priced & most importantly, the coffee is great! I always pop in to grab a coffee & a quick chat when I am around the area. My Wife and I come here almost every sunday for Brekky. The Food is always great. And the staff are friendly. They recently have done some renovations to give it a more modern feel. They do Breakfast all day which is awesome! read more

I liked the look of The Shed's menu and ordered the 2 sliders (1 chorizo & egg, 1 bacon & egg) with a coffee for $12.9. Both sliders were delicious and worth going back for. The perfectly cooked runny egg yolk made for some messy eating, and I would have preferred a spicier chorizo, but I tend to like things a bit spicier than the average bear, and I really don't mind getting a bit messy. Bdub had the equally messy and equally delicious baguette, which he happily ate as we discussed when we could make it back to try the lunch menu.
