They were super nice and we told them we didn't need it right away but that we definitely needed it in a month. That was in May. We just picked it up (September). Transmission still doesn't work. Oil is black, they never changed it, they were supposed to. Engine has no transmission fluid in it!!! How do you not put transmission fluid in?!?! They had the truck for FOUR MONTHS. They never even managed to replace the valve covers. Paid $1500 for absolutely nothing. The truck won't even start now. IF YOURE STUCK AROUND MONROE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

I didn't get a "sorry it took twice as long" or any kind of acknowledgment that I'd basically been lied to--twice. I will be sure to tell my co-workers & friends not to use this business if they value their time. Owner contacted me after I left the above review on their Facebook page. Owner lied to me (again) and said that the reason the patch took so long was because the plug was leaking air. I told him that IF that was true, it wouldn't matter if there's a leak or not because the plug should be removed before the patch is applied (my husband's a trained mechanic). My daughter had her car serviced, and it was returned to her 1 & 1/2 months later with the backs of her driver and passenger seats peeled off. Mike, the owner, says that it was because of it sitting in the heat at their establishment. With that explanation, that would still result in the fault being on the company because of them leaving the vehicles outside in direct sunlight and heat. The owner Mike showed no empathy or concern and blamed the Georgia heat and BMWs manufacturing. My daughters car has sat outside in the direct heat and sunlight for over 6 years, as she does not park in the garage, so that excuse would not make any sense. The owner Mike yelled, was very defensive, and stated that it was not his fault and that he will NOT fix her seats, after being questioned about it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would recommend taking your vehicle somewhere that will fix whatever issue your car is having, and return it to you without additional issues. When I called Benztek, I was told they were booked till after first of year, but if I could drop off for a couple of days they would work it in and at least try to diagnose the problem. I dropped off at end of day and the next morning I received a call that they had diagnosed problem, it was a simple fix, and they could have it ready by lunch. The price was reasonable. I have been driving it for a couple of weeks now and no other issues. Everyone at this shop was extremely nice and helpful. They are now going to be my new shop for all my services needs.
