My sister's Chrysler Town &…read moreCountry was originally taken to Global Tire in Dacula, where she was told (after serious lack of communication) the engine was completely dead and would cost around $10,000 to replace--more than the van was worth. I told her to take it to my buddy Danny at Pro Transmissions & Automotive who I've known for half of my life for a second opinion. Danny did what Danny does: he properly diagnosed the problem and determined that the van did not need an entirely new engine. His team replaced the necessary gaskets, completed the head-gasket and timing job, and got my sister back on the road for about half of what the other shop had quoted. Honest diagnosis, quality work, and a huge amount of money saved. If you're facing an expensive repair, take your vehicle to Danny before giving up on it. I cannot recommend this shop enough, a second opinion from the right shop can make all the difference! Thank you for being you Danny and always treating your customers like family and taking the time to do things right!

Based on this shop's ATRA membership and numerous positive customer reviews, I visited the shop. The shop was very busy, but Paul took time to meet with me. After listening to a description of my truck's symptoms, Paul said it may or may not be the transmission, but he'd need to see the truck to know for sure. I had the truck towed to Paul's shop the next day and, within two hours of delivery, Paul called to advise that the transmission was fine, but the engine had a (suspected fuel-related) issue. Paul kindly recommended a nearby diesel repair shop (Lead Foot Diesel Performance) and he even scheduled a tow for my truck. Based on my experience with Paul, his shop would be my destination for any future transmission repairs. P.S., Thanks to Paul for recommending Lead Foot Diesel Performance - they quickly diagnosed and repaired a fuel-related issue and had me back on the road in one day.

I stopped by one day on my way home from work and spoke with the owner. He stopped what he was doing, looked up my vehicle, and gave a quote to fix it. Very cool peasant and polite man. Won't hesitate to revisit them with my other vehicles should the need arise. Thanks M&M!

After…read morethe 3rd attempt in repairs, my truck started overheating which it never did the entire time I drove it there. After picking the truck up the third time, it broke down due to overheating. Had it towed where it sat momentarily and the transmission still leaked. I had to make the decision to accept a loss due to not wanting to take the truck for a 4th time and having additional issues once I received the vehicle. I had to take the truck into another shop to diagnose and fix. BEWARE To the shop owner that replied: Please read the review of its entirety! You had (3) attempts! And you couldn't get it right. So miraculously my truck started overhearing after pick up which cracked the heads and the truck went down for a while. Needless to say, I would never recommend this company after all the issues you have given my son and I. Record keeping: it's not my responsibility to keep up with this but my American Express shows the deduction date August 2nd 2025 of $2622 for the rebuild. I suppose it's easier for you to deny if you don't have record. Only reason I waited this long is because the extent of damage caused by the overheating made me replace the entire engine. As a Veteran to others take this warning and be careful when you do business with this company despite the other reviews. The message from the business owner Christian is a copy and paste response. So professional. Even though I spoke to him and his wife or receptionist when the complications were going on. He even towed it from my house. Funny how Christian forgets!
