They gave me a call during the day for and update and asked permission to do a minor repair in addition to the tire and alignment. Later they called that the car was ready. Picked it up and on my way. Later I noticed a different noise coming from my back rear tire. Note: in recently had wheel bearings replaced by the dealer). So today while driving for work, the noise was more consistent and concerning. I drove by after work to see if they could advise me as to what was causing the new noise. Zach immediately asked for my keys and said they would take care of it. The process was a bit more complicated than he originally thought. The issue was probably more related to wear and tear of my car which was revealed from changing the tires. Zach came coming over to me giving me updates and apologizing. Yeah, I was a bit frustrated because I had a busy day and was tired. But Zach treated me like a person, maybe a friend. I felt appreciated and witnessed about 6 other people come I within the last 90 minutes of operation. He treated them all the same. A smile and honesty. The team in the bays worked hard too to get all of us on our way before closing. Thank you to Zach, who must sleep there, and the team for being professional and dedicated. You all rock!

Pete and Adam helped me reach a conclusion that it most likely wouldn't be worth sinking a large amount of money into a 10 year old car that would really be a bandaid instead of a long term fix. AAA came to jump my car, and when that didn't solve the problem they towed me here. I didn't know what to expect, but I was so pleased by the kindness and promptness of the team here. I had no appointment and understood I could be without a car for a few days. But within 48 hours my car was working and back to me again. Things that stood out-their team is direct and goes above and beyond for you! They told me everything that I needed to know about my car troubles (ultimately a new battery) and things that I should look into (due for oil change and state inspection). This…read morelocation was right down the street from an appointment I had so I dropped it off and gave them full approval upfront to change out the battery because I wasn't going to be able to answer the phone and talk about what they had found. When I got back they told me maybe it was a false reading and that the battery was still over 85% charge. They showed me the rest of the statistics on the read out for it and told me there was no charge for the service. They easily could have just swapped out the battery and charged me the 200+ dollars. I had already given them permission to do just that, but instead did an excellent job of explaining just what it could've been. There might be a lot of sketchy shops out there. This is definitely NOT one of them. Will use them again in the future for sure.
