Ok guess business is amazing and they can blow off customers like that. Some time had passed i reached out to build a play set, they said yes they could do it, had price time and date. Day before the appointment i reached out and they said they had to reschedule bcus of rain (it barely sprinkled) didnt say when, so i pushed for the next date. They said after 11 am, come 2 pm no txt no notification i reached out again, they said he was in traffic from Coachella and hell be late and that they will txt when he was in town, guess he never made it to town because still haven't gotten a text. I get people get late or whatever, but professional courtesy and some sort of communication would be great, dont just blow of the customer, i guess from other complaints i should have been aware too, so just a heads up they show up when they want to i guess.
