They will not take advantage of someone who does not know cars, they will not pad the bill with unnecessary repairs, and they know what they are doing. Example. They quoted me the cost of a repair for one of my vehicles. When they were through, the cost was less than the minimum they had quoted me. Instead of charging me the minimum they had quoted, they charged me what it cost. Another time they quoted me a repair cost and when I went to pay the bill, the part that they had priced was the wrong part and cost less than the one they needed to use. Since they had quoted me less than what it actually cost them, they were willing to stick with that quote. I paid them what it cost because I will not take my cars anywhere else. There would have been no hard feelings on their part had I paid what they quoted but I felt it was worth it to pay what it cost to keep them in business. It is difficult to find a shop that you can trust. This is one business that deserves your trust.
