Our 2017 Ford Fusion broke down about 200 miles from home. The Ford dealership we had our car towed to said we needed a new engine ($9,000). We approved in hope to drive the car 5 more years. We couldn't afford a new one. We picked it up yesterday and drove it home. As soon as we got home the car engine alarms. We took it to Fulton Ford. Caleb (Service Department) said they would look it over. He found a recall notice for the original engine failure and talked to me about it. I then called the other Ford Dealership. They refunded all $9,000. It made our Christmas. I would never have thought on an engine recall. Thanks Caleb and Fulton Ford. read more

1 Star at best what a joke! Took my truck in for a recall and asked them to check the codes while they had it. They tried to charge me $1500 to fix a bunch of stuff that didn't need fixed including the spark plugs that I personally just replaced 20,000 miles ago. Once I declined they charged me $240 for what they called pinpoint diagnostics! read more

Deserves 0 Stars!!! Would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this horrible place. Eric and Jamison are the most rude and arrogant people I have met in a long time! I didn't expect to get a vehicle the day I walked in there, but it happened. I didn't get to take my vehicle home that day because it so many issues that needed fixed. They loaned me 2 different vehicles until mine was fixed (so they said). It was never completely fixed and I have had problems with the front end since I even picked it up. I called the mechanic there and he said it was probably nothing and that I shouldn't worry about it. He said if there was something wrong with it, that he couldn't help me because I didn't have the warranty. I informed them all that I was never offered the warranty and no one would help me. Now I am stuck paying high monthly payments on a vehicle that I cannot even drive. How is that fair? I have receipts for all the tires I have had replaced every 3 months because the front end is so bent from the previous owner and they didn't bother to tell the crap had been wrecked!! Words cannot describe how amazing the team at Fulton Ford was, especially Brad and Jackson. If I could put more than 5 stars, I would. I am a new (and young) car buyer. When car shopping, most people were taking gross advantage of me for my age and so when I entered Fulton Ford and was greeted with kind and honest people, I felt at home. Brad walked me through the buying process and helped me pick out the best vehicle for me; he stuck to the parameters I gave him and he made sure I LOVED what I got! Jackson was just an added bonus to the whole experience: he was super knowledgeable about all the financial "stuff" that honestly, I was pretty unsure and nervous about. He sat there and answered every question I had and NEVER once spoke to me like I was stupid (which I am sure I did ask at least one dumb question). They made sure that as I left, I felt safe, comfortable, and happy in my new car. Overall, they went above and beyond, that extra mile, and jumped over hoops for me. bought a 2013 from Fulton Ford. I told them i deal with the credit union and they will only loan book value on the car. They printed me a copy from nada.com with all the options on it. took it to the credit union and got the loan. took the car home and was trying to get the auto lift gate to work and couldn't. got the manual out and it says if it has tow package power lift gate wasn't offered. so i went through all the options i payed for and there was two options i payed for and didn't get. So i went back and talked to the sales manager about this. He got angry and asked what i want him to do? i seen he was upset so i told him i was sure he wasn't going to anything about so i went home. i pulled in my drive way and my phone rang, it was the sales manager and he said he talked with the owner and he said they would give me $100 back and i got upset because it was $275 worth of options they sold me. so i declined and told them i would leave feedback he got angry and hung up on me.i haven't heard anything from them in along time. we bought another ford from a chevy dealer and they don't charge $199 admin fees like ford does. beware you have to fight to get the price down to book value. read more

Seems as though Fulton Ford takes pride in misleading their customers and apparently aren't interested in honesty and other small town values. They clearly arent intrested earning return or new business. After the way they treated my sister I will make sure everyone I know is aware that this place is just another shark tank full of dishonest people praying on the hard working people of Callaway County. Fulton is a small town and word gets around, karma is real and so is the BBB. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere folks!! read more
