The staff at VFD has been so patient with me through the years and has partnered with me to achieve the smile of my dreams! They answer all my questions and help to provide an accurate quote for any out of pocket expenses I may have. So what's it like going to the dentist during a pandemic? Surprisingly it's pretty normal,going to the dentist during COVID was a major concern for me. I'm happy to report VFD is doing an amazing job keeping everyone healthy and safe. They have limited seating in the waiting area, mask are required. Both the dentist and hygienist wear both a mask and a face shield and there is hand sanitizer everywhere! I have been seeing him since middle school (20 years? yikes!) and have had multiple fillings and other reasons to get all numbed up. He has NEVER hurt me! He even put my finger behind my ear so I could feel the end of the needle and how deep it was. All the while he is cracking jokes and telling stories. His facility is state of the art and while he is working on your choppers you can watch his metal sculptures move in the breeze outside. I saw him in the grocery store a while back and said hi, but didn't want to pressure him to remember my name since he has tons of patients. But he knew my name, my mom's name, and asked about my kids. Just an awesome dentist and swell guy. (also - his dental techs trend to the smoking hot side, which never hurts)
