Still can't get anyone to take care of anything now the chair completely broke we contacted the warranty people they stated it was still under warranty so we call the store and again get the run around. So tired of dealing with them and getting absolutely no where. If I could I would return my couch also. I will never do business with them again. I don't even want to give them a star.
