This thrift shop came highly recommended and I'd like to say it met expectations, but..,…read more I guess as far as a larger rural Iowa thrift store it was okay. The prices are reasonable and the organization is meh. I just wasn't impressed. It felt dirty and looked like not a lot of care went into anything. That things were just kind of thrown on the shelves and landed as is... Maybe we hit them on a bad day and the customers before us had torn through things haphazardly? The thrift stores in Story City and the Waterloo Cedar Falls area (and where I'm from in the Des Moines metro) are way more put together.

I have worked many years at a florist and we have always went and bought the items needed for the customer's arrangement unless it was something one of a kind that we couldn't find anywhere else. I had to drive from another town to Iowa Falls, buy the tractor and drive it uptown to them myself. Where has customer service gone? Ridiculous and annoying. Will not use this florist again.
