I've gotten attitude from one employee when I simply asked for her to help me find a product I'd seen at another Sephora. This site didn't carry it, so I was met with defensiveness. The main issue I've noticed is rude employees. Most of the staff seem nice and helpful, but interestingly I've been treated poorly 8 out of the 10 times I've been to this store (this is why I thought I'd finally leave a review). Before my birthday month an employee informed me I could receive my birthday gift anytime of the year. I went to get my birthday gift and was told it was too late. I explained what another staff had told me and was basically told too bad. Typically with customer service, and something so minkr, you just give the customer the benefit so they keep coming back. Nope. Not with this employee. After all the weird service I've gotten here I doubt I'll shop here. I'll go to Des Moines or online. I only give it 1 star because of the nice young lady who I chatted with that helped with my eyeliner and for the gal who's helped me in the past and was nice.

I think it's over hyped. The store looks empty and they hardly had product. I've been in once after this experience can't say I will be a frequent customer.

Summer did an amazing job in the brides hair and her make-up was so beautiful, Subtle with a ton of glam!! The mother-in-law of the bride also had beautiful hair and make up done! The stylist who took care of me (her name sadly escapes me but she has one of the most impressive collections of makeup I have seen!!) She did such an amazing job on myself and the other bridesmaid's hair and make up. Loved her old Hollywood glam style that she did on me! The shop is super cute! Love the vintage pictures! It is also super clean as well!! We couldn't have felt more pampered, they even added little touches like mimosas and doughnuts! Their prices are also very reasonable!!
