I have a new favorite way to travel! I used Paula's services traveling to and from DFW airport from my park/stay/ride hotel. Both times, Paula's services were so greatly appreciated. They made us feel totally safe and considered and looked out for. I felt their professionalism was far above my expectations. I will want to always rely on their services now. I reserved the Mercedes sprinter for my 57th birthday and it was so nice and very clean. The driver was kind , she arrived ahead of time and was there to pick us up as soon as I called her. This company is very professional and I would definitely use them again in the future. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paula's shuttle service. Paula was incredibly easy to coordinate with and worked seamlessly to accommodate my group's specific needs for our event (roughly 150 guests). I received a ride to and from DFW to my hotel and I cannot say enough, good things about Yvonne, Roman and the shuttle service. I was having a very stressful trip and Yvonne made me feel calm and even helped me out with the touchless ID at the airport. When it was time to book my return trip, Roman helped me out at the hotel making sure the time I scheduled for pick up would be in plenty of time for my plane flight. Yvonne picked me up on time took a quicker route than the highway to the airport and we had a nice conversation on the way I would HIGHLY recommend Paula's Shuttle Service. read more

As a chaperone of a youth soccer team with 27 people in our group, Paula's Shuttle Service went above and beyond to make our trip easier. Handling multiple flight changes and picking our group up at 1:30am, and then adjusting to return us to the airport at 5am with multiple vans and drivers on a moments notice, this team excelled and we'll use them again! read more

We have been waiting for over 30 minutes on a shuttle from the Cowboys game to SpringHill Suites. Called to get an ETA and the lady who answered the phone was rude as all get out. Terrible service. No answers. Rude on the phone. This shuttle service is just the worst. Find another way read more

pre-paid for a round-trip shuttle from springhill suites to globe life field. driver was distracted handling personal business while driving us to the ballpark. when it was time for pickup, i called and she said the shuttle was full. communicated poorly. told me to just go stand "on the corner". i asked which corner and she hung up. called again and went to voicemail. gave up and walked back to hotel as this seemed like the quickest option. this was around midnight. choose another option. read more

if I could give this woman a negative star I would. she is a horrible driver. not only does she out the safety of her passangers in danger but as well as the public safety. she is rude, cuts people off, drives outside of the lines. she almost hit me and my child twice while driving besides me with clients in her vehicle. she doesn't wear a seat belt and makes hand geatures and profanities while she is driving trying to cut you off. would not recommend this company or this driver. worst ever. you would be contributing to road rage if you hire this wOman. I live in Arlington and dealt with all the games ins and out ect. never have i seen someone this careless with high disregard for safety. read more

Worst customer service ever...One guy drops us off says he'll be back after the fight...we wait almost a hour while other Paula shuttle operators repeatedly turned us away until one lady called Paula who finally gave her the ok to take us to our cars but not before she dropped a group of Caucasian off that got on after us and passed our cars up the first time to make sure she dropped them off..... never again!!! read more

I checked my entry, and it said 9:15 for the next day. Shouldn't have ignored this red flag. Next day, the day of my reservation, 9:15 rolls around, and then 9:20. I call to inquire, and they say the driver went to the wrong address (I presume this was a lie and that nobody was on their way). I waited a total of 30 minutes, still no taxi, called again, guy rejected my call, so I got a ride from a friend who luckily showed up as I was waiting outside my house. I then call to cancel, the guy answers and says he's at my apartment. I call him a liar as I can SEE my apartment and there is NO taxi. My friend and I start driving down the road and I see the taxi coming down the street towards my house. Lied to again. Fortunately I have myself just barely enough extra time that I ended up getting to my gate right at boarding. I will NEVER use this service again. I recommend you don't learn the hard way like I did.

Calling this lady a b*tch would be a pleasantry, compared to what she really is. She decides she wants to pull up along side 2 vehicles in a parking lot having a conversation and interject herself as a 3rd unwelcomed person. Your business is plastered all over your vehicle and you decide to be a d*ck. Reserved a 4pm ride to the Cotton Bowl and they were at the hotel at 3pm for the first group and were able to get us in with the first group. After the game called upon arrival to pick up spot and they were already there for waiting. One of thw best car services ever used and the entire team were top notch and professional. Will be saving then for thw next in the Dallas/ Forth Worth area. Thank you for the great service. read more

Took them from Springhill suites to the Metallica concert twice. Each time they were great, getting us closer to the stadium faster than anyone else on the road. We were the last ones on a shuttle and they were super nice, giving restaurant recommendations and even going as far to offer us a ride to Dallas. Those rides were probably as fun as anything else I've done in the Arlington area. Highly recommend. read more
