I was very worried about how she was going to react to being groomed as she loves MUD but hates baths. I spoke with Julie and she made me feel very comfortable- that she could handle her. And had the time to do it at the last minute. When I picked my baby up I think she was more than happy to just stay and play! She was beautifully clean and smelled great! Julie's was a very clean building- the dogs there were all in clean cages- and I was very impressed with the large area of the shop. I am very glad to find this shop and I will be bringing all my dogs to Julie's for ever more. And another plus- very affordable! That is mentioned last because the safety and comfort of my furry baby is first in my mind and price is dead last- but I was very happy all around. This is the BEST Grooming Shop I have ever been to.

I didn't notice this until I got home because the dogs (I have two that were there to be done) were screaming and barking - so I left quickly. I left a $15.00 tip on top of it. They didn't bother to tell me about this nasty chunk out of her eye area. Just barely missed her eyeball. On top of it their hair cuts are not the best - always had good grooming but today's was terrible. Possibly new groomer??? I'm upset and won't be taking my dogs back. I did really like going here.

Having an advanced age Dog I needed to find a suitable food for him.... A thought provoking conversation later sent me out the door with a food to try and after a week my old guy was looking better, smelling better and shedding a few pounds that made the Vet very happy and tell me to "Keep it up"..... Recently I had a grooming question and the manager of that shop walked me through everything I needed to know and even helped me pick out better tools to maintain my guys at home.... They work like a champ, the information she gave me was PERFECT and all three dogs are much happier for it! When the day ends this is the PETCO to stop at when you need advice and assistance.... If they don't know they find out and EVERYTHING they have said to me checks out with my Vet.....

From my 1st encounter with the receptionist giving me information on boarding our dog Apollo, she was the nicest most professional lady I've spoken to honestly all of the ladies I spoke to were. . Very informational and patient. My husband took our dog there today and came home and told me how great the experience was. They had treats there it was super clean facility and my dog actually let them feed him treats while the dr checked him out. Sent him home with a goodie bag and everything. I am happy to write this review because everyone needs to go here. They are very affordable as well. The place on Skyler or Schuler however it's spelt SUCKS.
