I highly suggest that no one in the United States orders from this company. I've never had a worse experience purchasing clothing. My jacket was too small, and the return policy was one of the hardest I've ever experienced. When the item was finally returned, they took $198 off the return due to "customs & policy." There was no opportunity to discuss anything with anyone. All I wanted to do was exchange my jacket size for one size larger. I will never order from this company again. read more

This was my second time clothing shopping in Rome, what a difference. Marco, the salesman, was kind, patient, and helpful. He provided an honest and constructive opinion and was not pushy or trying to up sell me whatsoever. The clothes are beautiful, well made, and for a nominal fee, are individually tailored to fit (other stores were expensive and seemed to provide little effort). While expensive, you get what you pay for and I would recommend this establishment without hesitation. read more
