She checked in to see if I had anything specific in mind, and when I mentioned I was just browsing, she let me know she'd be available if I needed anything. After a few minutes, I asked about lightweight jackets. Darlene explained that they were currently in the fall/winter season, so most lightweight pieces from the spring/summer collection weren't available. Still, she went above and beyond by checking the stockroom and bringing out a navy cardigan with a hood. She also pointed out a black padded cardigan on the sales floor, suggesting both could work as lightweight outerwear. I ended up trying both and loved the navy one, so I decided to go with it.
