I ordered 2 of the $24 specials along with 2 liter of coke Saturday September 26, 2020. 1) First of all I was told 1 1/4 hour delivery time. Ordered at 5:53 PM. 5:57 PM I called back after being disconnected. Completed order with going to pay cash at delivery. I called back at 6:05 pm to add a charge card and a $10 tip. See phone call status attachment. I called back at 7:34 pm as no pizza was delivered yet. My husband drove into pick up pizza, etc. We had 3 small children to feed and several adults. 2) My husband said take off the tip and they only gave my husband a few dollars discount when he also said it looks cold. The guy working said it looks ok. 3) Time stamped on pizza boxes was 5:53 pm. Our pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks were over 2 hours sitting as we finally ate at 8:30 pm. read more

If you're looking for something different to try stop by Paul Revere's! Great pizza (sometimes a little too greasy for my taste though) and AWESOME bread sticks!!! They also offer sandwiches. Pizza's can be ordered in a Terminator size for large groups of people! Very handy when you're having company over. VERY LIMITED seating (1-2 tables) so it's pretty much limited to carry out or delivery orders. read more

I have ordered from Paul Revere's a few times, as it is the only place that will deliver to my house. Every time I remind myself that I swore off ordering from them again, but usually alcohol convinces me that pizza is a necessity. Maybe it's the fact that it takes a few minutes to get to my place, but I've had seriously messed up orders and cold pizzas, etc. It's a last resort for me. read more

First let me say that we have been ordering for years at this location. We love the pizza. Great prices, until my last order great service. I arrived home late on July 10th from an out of state business trip. I was tired so my daughter & I decided to order pizza. We called in our order for delivery using 2 coupons. I was told the total cost would be $34.00. Being tired I said okay and hung up. The I thought that was high. 1 pizza was 10.99 & 1 was 14.99. That totaled $25.98, thinking that may have raised their delivery charge I called back. The person I spoke to told me the delivery charge was still $1 and tax was $1.46. He readjusted the total to $29 and change. I added it up and informed him the total should be $28.44. I asked if he was using a calculator & he told me he was "just pushing buttons". And then said to me "Lady do you realize you are arguing over 15 cents" Well it was not 15 cent it was over a dollar & that was not the point. I was being overcharged. At this point I put my phone on speaker so my daughter could hear this. He said "alright, have it your way you can have the pizzas for $28.24. (still wrong price) Then my daughter who now had my phone heard him say to a coworker "This dumb fucking bitch is...." we could not hear the rest. I had hung up. The pizza arrived and I had an extra 20 cents for the driver for the pizzas. He told me my total was $28.20 (3rd wrong price). So I got another 4 cents to give to him and told him what had happened & to give the extra 24 cents to the manager, inform him I heard what he had called me & that I thought he should go back to school to learn math. The driver was polite enough to apologize. I had ordered 1 pizza with 1/2 jalapenos, my grandson will not eat them. The pizza came with the peppers on the entire pizza. I did not even bother to callback as the person on the phone identified himself as the Manager. I contacted Paul Revers Corporate Office & left a message. Did not hear back so called again & spoke to someone who said the stores were independently owned & they would have the owner call me back. It has been over a week and have not heard back from the owner. I looked the owner information up & have left several messages myself & several more at Corporate Office, Still NO response. This is the first time I had ANY problems with this establishment. I am APPALLED at their lack of response to this VERY concerning issue. read more
