They will not answer their phone ever or call you back if you leave a voicemail. When you call them and they do not answer (which is every time) they'll send you an automated text saying that you can text them at that number, if you do, they will also not respond to that either. Or if they do manage to send a text back it'll be a new person every time, they'll ask your name and date of birth and then stop responding so you can start that whole process another time again. I went in a month ago for an ankle appointment. I got an MRI referral and a prescription and they had not sent out either two weeks later. I finally went in in person to ask them to do it, they never sent the MRI referral even though he said he did when I was there and the prescription they sent out wasn't even anything close to what the doctor and I discussed in my appointment. I talked to another person another week later and they said they sent out the MRI referral at that time again, still have not. So all around terrible experience. It's been 4 weeks now and I've still not gotten either from them. The only way to get anything from this place is to physically walk in and ask them to do what you need done in person, even then it's questionable.

The staff is equally as kind. I have seen plenty of doctors that don't seem like they care too much, are cold and don't really listen and apply their knowledge with compassion AND practicality. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to find a doctor like this. I think you too would find this doctor to be competent, thorough and very compassionate. Again, great staff who put you at ease and smile easily. Its awesome to find doctor's offices like this still exist!

I thought that this practice has a new owner and is now called Stockdale Podiatry Group. Hmm Also, I received an automated call from their office to remind me of an upcoming appointment. The message also mentioned that after March (?) there would be a $35.00 charge for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. I am 75 and in poor health, so chances are sooner or later i would be hit with the penalty. Anyway, i cancelled the appointment and will find a new podiatrist. Penalties for being unable to keep an appointment are unfair, especially in this office where wait time often exceeds a half hour. Where's MY thirty five bucks?
