I've never been in the store when it's been busy. It's always quiet and relaxed when I've been here, which I personally prefer (but secretly wonder how they manage to stay open). I have been pleased with my purchase. I've used it several times now, and can't wait to take it as my personal item on my next overseas flight. In the past, my husband has shopped here for Christmas gifts for me. I love their slippers, and they are always great with returning items. I'm glad we have a location locally in the region, because it makes for easy shopping options any time of the year.

I had an outstanding experience at the Dick's Sporting Goods in Victor, NY!…read more I stopped in needing a pair of golf pants for that evening and ended up receiving some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and offered help. Samantha went above and beyond, walking around the store with me looking for tropical shirts, even taking a sweater off a mannequin when we couldn't find another one in my size! When we moved to the golf department, she introduced me to Jason, who helped me find the perfect pair of CALIA golf pants in the right size. What impressed me most was the teamwork. Jason even brought Samantha back over to give me a woman's opinion on the fit before I made my decision. When the sweater didn't have a price tag, he quickly looked it up and checked me out himself. It's refreshing to shop somewhere where employees genuinely enjoy helping customers. Samantha and Jason made my shopping trip easy, fun, and successful. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this store!

Normally, I wouldn't go into a sporting goods store. I have no need to. This is the place to get your equipment, and try it out. There is a fenced in outdoor space that has a track where you can try out sneakers, kayaks out so you can get in them and see for yourself how it feels, Kan Jam, corn hole, and other outdoor games to play with your family and friends, and other fun things. There is also a spot where bleachers are set up so you can sit and wait for your family to be done having fun, if you're not into having fun. There is also a water bottle filling station. I started following them on Instagram and they have many outdoor events like yoga, etc. Inside, there is a batting cage to try out bats, a golf simulator to try out clubs, and various other cool things happening throughout the store. This place is a more than a store, it truly is a destination. Plan a couple hours in there and utilize all things. Why not? Have fun and explore!
