However, I did not meet him before the procedure, which really wasn't an issue for me. But a week before, I gave his office staff medical records from my previous procedure that I felt were important,, and Dr. Singh said he did not receive them. He checked and they were not in my electronic file. I guess she decided that Dr. Singh did not need to see it. That part is a problem for me. Office staff did give me good directions for preparing for procedure. The 2 or 3 times I called, no answer and voice mail full.

I have called 10x's over 5 weeks and 5 of the times I made it through to voicemail and actually able to leave a message. Yet, no call back. Today I sat on hold for 15 minutes only to get voicemail. My father shared with me that last year the doctor kept rescheduling my mother's appointment because the doctor was running in a local election! So much for the hippocratic oath. Please beware.

However there are many of us that are outraged at the callous and brash performance of a MD. But we learned to call in first and get "checked in," asking them to call us when it was close to our turn. And recently, this hasn't even been necessary, as they have finally gotten control of their appointment schedule. We love Dr. Mansell, and especially appreciate the prayer he'll offer if you don't mind just prior to putting you under for a colonoscopy or other procedure. Highly recommended!

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy (happy 50th birthday) at the Redding Endo Center for Friday morning. I started drinking that wonderful (sarcasm) kick-a-poo joy juice Thursday night, needless to say, it does not work well or fast enough in my system therefore going through the whole c-scope process resulted in... "Unable to complete due to poor prep". Uuggghhh. Proceed to the doctors office for other options. Different prep , new appt. 2nd c-scope screening in 1 week, prep completed (wowza) arrive at the butt crack of dawn, sign in and was confronted with insurance information that did not make me happy at all! They didn't want to pay :( The billing staff at the endo center worked their butts off to make it work, and the nursing staff went above and beyond to make me a comfortable as possible even though I had delayed the procedure by 2 hours going back and forth with insurance . Dr. Dhanuka even came in to speak to me himself and told me not to worry , every thing would work out ok. These people were fantastic! Now that I know what prep to use, I am not worried about booking my next one... (10 years from now!) because every single person I came into contact with there was AWESOME! and the procedure ... a breeze!

I was told to come pick him up, and I called back to say I was on my way, but that message wasn't passed along to my partner. In the meantime another lady from the office called me and said my partner was all nervous that I hadn't been in contact, when in fact I had. The people making phone calls and receiving phone calls weren't communicating with each other.

I arrived at the psychiatric care center for my appointment with Lawrence Chang, a wonderful…read morepsychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. When I got there, I was greeted by a very kind, nice young lady standing to my right as I faced the reception. There are four buildings on the property. Next to her was a woman named Alicia Hance. She was absolutely rude and horrible to me. After I signed my paperwork and received a copy of the arbitration agreement, I threw it away. I was then forced to take it out of the garbage can to keep my appointment. When I asked why, she said it was because of HIPAA. I've read HIPAA. She was wrong. Once a document like that has been given to the patient, the patient can do anything they want with it -- throw it away, light it on fire, whatever. The staff has no right to dictate what happens to it after it's been handed over. At the end of my meeting with Mr. Chang, he confirmed that I was correct and that I could have thrown it away. He even mentioned he had a group chat going because I had asked for my clinicals and report, which he had completed instantly with the help of AI. He wasn't entirely sure of the policy since he's fairly new there. When I went back out to the front desk to get my report, I was told they weren't allowed to give it to me and that I could only give permission for them to send it somewhere else. I said no -- I wanted it printed and given to me directly. Alicia then lied again about HIPAA, clearly showing she hasn't actually read or understood the law. I told her once more that she was wrong. I am allowed to receive my own clinical report directly, just like I'm allowed to throw away my own arbitration agreement once it's been given to me. She responded in a very snotty, mean, and snide way, sarcastically asking if I would like to talk to the office manager, as if she didn't think I would take her up on it. I said I sure would. She then walked me over to another building but refused to go first -- she made me lead the way. Once we got there, I had to wait 20 minutes and ask twice. It felt like she was deliberately wasting as much of my time as possible, and she succeeded. Eventually, the office manager, Kristin O'Connell, came and handled everything professionally. She brought me the proper release form, I signed it, and she gave me my report. She also introduced herself clearly, like a true professional. Alicia Hance is the kind of employee who should be written up -- if not dealt with more severely -- assuming I'm not the first person to speak up about her behavior. This is all true. There is also an awesome dog named Olive there who hung out with me in the lobby; she and the angel at reception deserve a raise.

They saved my life. and Dec 2025 went to ER having a AAA aniurism bleed out that saved my life again, had imediate surgery just hours later both times they saved my life. I owe them allot. Nothing but good things to say about the Hospital doctors and Love the Nurses.

I called Dr Stewart's office and told them the situation and they told me they couldn't help until referral came over. over 3 weeks later & they finally called after knowing it was an emergency for an appointment. I went to Oroville ENT & they rushed me in the same day. way better service!!
