Never reached out to the company for any work. However, if their work is anything like their driving, it's awful. Tailgating in flash school zones on Forsyth to not stopping at stop signs on Peony. If you can't even follow driving rules, makes you wonder what else they don't follow...have you drivers do better on the road. Their driving can and will turn people off from your company. read more

What was supposed to be a simple wind damage claim to replace our siding has turned into a nightmare. Our insurance company recommended Paul Davis so we chose them to do the work. Big mistake! Super disappointed with Paul Davis, there taking over the work another company was doing and failed at and they assured us that everything is in good hands now. Welp looks like the same bs is occurring, caught them using old damaged used materials on our home to make repairs and called them out on it. One person in the company said theyll fix it and it's unacceptable, another person is saying its not that bad and to just let the guys work. Well if this wasnt our home that we paid for then yea do whatever but no this is our HOME not some junk you can cut corners on. read more

Paul Davis is a highly efficient and very professional company. Mr. Glenn Harrison from PD came by my home and did the measurements, asked the questions and offered us several variants of repair in a very kind, efficient, courteous and professional way. next day already the first of his teams contacted me. I had serious work: big ceiling repair and re-done, exterior and interior walls, popcorn, stucco, you name it. All as result of hurricane Ian and 2 more accidental little floods from A/C and from a deflective faucet. The first team worked a large project in one day! Very courteous everyone in the company, very clean work, no debris left, now a single scratch. They practically wrap the working area completely, do the job, and they collect this huge sack and take it away. The quality was perfection. Not only very fast but very good people. There is an old saying: "Cheap, good and quickly is impossible" Well, these guys beat this saying because the work was very quick, very good and the price very well justified and decent. The PD company works with very good contractor teams, with good reviews and serious quality. Clear deals, fast results. Moreover, their customer service is very good: you call them and ask to speak with a manager or so, and in less than an hour that person you needed calls you back. Did this happen to you before? I am 99% it did not. I highly, honestly recommend them to everyone. read more

Completely unprofessional. They were recommended to me from someone in the business but this Orlando branch is horrid. Scheduled with me, then called me day of to push out. Then on reschedule day never showed. Left me a message from someone who sounded scared asking me to call their office. Called and that person couldn't locate my information. What a bunch of jerks. The absolute worst experience ever. The project manager did not stick to the timeline promised whoch would be okay if he cared to keep communication. I had to call so much to ask why my house wasn't being worked on consistently that the secretary didnt even ask my name or house address, she already knew who I was! Here's my story: A job that should have taken a couple weeks, maybe 2 months took 4 months. (I used them for water damage and mold remediation for 2 bedrooms...and a small hallway portion). I was told i would be home before the holidays or I could possibly not be home by Thanksgiving (this call was at the start of November)... they didnt finish til near the end of February!!!! The experience started out great, they sent a team of 4 guys to inspect the house get measurements and assess damages etc. Then a week or two later, they started sending people to check for asbestos and the mold etc. Then a week or so after that they sent in their crew of 2-3 guys to work on the house. They came for a couple days and pretty much just pulled one rooms flooring...then the next time they came around, a couple days later, they sent two guys who came every other day or so, then there were periods of no one coming bc they had "other jobs/emergencies", then just one person (who was such a sweetheart and a hard worker) who would sometimes come for 8 hours sometimes 3-4 depending on when he'd get dispatched to my house (the shorter days were usually when id call and say why is no one at my home)..then he would come for 1 or 2 days per week, by himself-pulling flooring, cutting drywall, etc. I never was given a heads up when my home would be serviced or not and ended up giving a (very nice) stranger the code to enter my home so I wouldn't keep missing work to let them in and then have them not show. The service technicians are fantastic but the company and management DO NOT CARE, u are nothing more than a claim # to them and the service techs and desk staff end up catching the frustration of homeowners because there is absolutely no one holding the managers accountable for their poor communication, organization, customer service ..or anything! Then to top it all off, when the process was done and they sent one of their guys to look at the work / demo that was done..he had THE AUDACITY to tell me that he had a water leak as well and needed to go through the same process...I asked how long it took him to get back hime.home. he was home in a month...I wonder if that was one of the "emergencies " that pushed my house on the backbones. WTF is an emergency anyway that you stop working on one house and push their end date to take care of another house? It's ok for me to be displaced in a hotel for 4 months but no one else? I would never use, recommend or even remotely consider this company to anyone. read more

worst renovation experience ever! Communication was generally poor, trades they hired could not lay tile, could not build anything that was level, damaged other parts of our house, renovation took forever because many things had to be redone including ALL the bathroom tile work! We went to the tile store that they recommended (probably because they get a kickback). We bought the tile the store suggested but their sub said the tile was difficult to install. We had many arguments with them about covering the cost of having to do things twice and had to call our insurance company to run interference for us. We had to move out twice which was very disruptive. Do yourself a favor and hire a different company! read more

If I could leave 0, I would! We had a water leak and PDR was called in by my insurance company to mitigate it. It started out great but very quickly went downhill! They started a 60 day timeline job (that they told us) on Nov 1 and the mold mitigation alone took 8 weeks. Now mind you, from 12/1-12/29 they were in our house a total of 55 hours so there is no reason they should have gone over this many weeks if they actually worked a full work week. Additionally, in the month of November there were several days where no one showed up and did anything. They packed things on our house they weren't supposed to, they didn't send us a list until 2 months in, they packed find China and stemware in open boxes on living room floor not wrapped or covered. Then on 1/3 after I reached out to them, we finally met with the project manager to go over our materials budget so we could "get the ball rolling asap!" We met with him and that day went and picked out all of our materials. We bought a sample of each one )out of our pocket) labeled and displayed on the kitchen island, and texted him to let him know so he could "get the ball rolling!" After 2 months mind you! No one stepped foot in our house from 1/3 when we met with the project manager until 1/20 when we contacted insurance to have them removed. Meanwhile, my family has been bouncing from Airbnb to Airbnb to family houses with kids and dogs bc they couldn't even keep a truthful line of communication on the timeline. It has been an absolute awful experience. Save yourself any aggravation, frustration, stress and anxiety... choose a different company! read more

Worst experience. Very unprofessional. Had a flood in our property and Insurance Company recommended this company - not sure why! Vinyl flooring was laid on top of partial flooring - so all lumps and bumps. Has to be removed and replaced (at our expense); Carpet was laid wrong so joins not lying flat; holes in carpet, carpet cut short and doesn't reach base boards around closets. Will have to have new carpet on stairs and hallway (at our expense); Carpet to be stretched in bedrooms (at our expense); Painting was terrible - has to be redone (at our expense); Removed a carpet from a room which was not in their remit - and left us with a bare floor. This will have to be replaced (at our expense); Didn't order replacement cabinets - so did a bodge-up job; Left an outlet unsafe and dangerous. Will need to get an electrician to fix (at our expense). Photos available. The owner came out to our property, agreed that the work wasn't done properly and promised to get things fixed - then went away and put a lien on our property! read more

Bad experience. Very unprofessional and horrible communication... Company had very poor communication with me, the homeowner, about the project throughout the entire process. Project was suppose to take a max of one month to complete. However, the project took over one year to finalize. Had several contractors quit throughout the project and spent several months with no one working on the project. This took place during the winter months as well and my 2 young children had to endure very cold temperatures due to our entire kitchen wall being exposed to the elements. Along with a host of other problems the project manager disappeared and there was no communication about the budget and expenses. I ended up having to pay way more out of pocket then was originally told. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone! Find a more professional and caring company to take care of your home needs. read more

At first I thought there quickness was a good thing... Until the sand bag strings attached to the tarps buckled and snapped at the first break of wind. They came out a 2nd time... Attaching a few more miniscule strings... And hear comes the again and my tarp just fly away leaving my roof to the elements. They said someone would come back out.... They never did... Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Hired to repair bathroom for mold. Personnel, from owner to associates need to work on their people skills. Very condescending. They didn't finish the job hired to perform. Only did the easy part of tear down, stopped work when it was time to perform the remodel. Also huge conflict of interest with the company who test for mold, as the owner is the son of the owner of Paul Davis Orlando. read more
