Their customer service is excellent. The staff is always smiling and cheerful. They are always proactively helpful, offer timely services, and reply promptly to all my inquiries. They know insurance and have always tailored their services/products to my household needs; and by the way, they provide spot on sound insights. What's even more impressive is that when I call them they recognize my voice and greet me- I appreciate this gesture. While you might have ample agencies to select from- the Yakubik Farmers Insurance Agency is one of those small businesses where I have always felt like a valued customer and will most definitely continue being a loyal patron of theirs!

I was confused about lots of things and Rob spent quite a bit of time helping me. He explained how things work and the different kinds of coverage and really helped me get educated about what I needed. I wanted to purchase my insurance from Rob because he spent so much time with me, however the best plan for me turned out to be one that doesn't pay commissions. Despite that, Rob still helped me with information, phone numbers, etc., even though there was literally nothing in it for him! As soon as I need other insurance, I will be going back to Young Insurance Brokers. It's rare to experience excellent customer service, but with Rob I got great customer service even though I wasn't even a customer!

I wanted an insurance agent so I could visit with someone face to face…read more I just had a major increase in my car insurance policy and I wanted to shop with an independent agent. Cheryl worked with my information and saved a bit of money. Then she did what a consummate professional does. She called an agency that I have one of my vehicles insured with, an insurance company that Chauncy Insurance does not work with or benefit from. Cheryl show me that if I insured all my cars with the company that she does not make a dime with would be my best option. I was absolutely floored that such professional customer service still existed. If ever I need to consider an independent insurance agent you can rest assured Chauncy Insurance will do the best for your needs.

Got a response from this agents location. Within 24 hours, on 08/31/2026 at approximately 3:45PM MST, I received an unsolicited telemarketing call on my phone number from an outbound representative operating on behalf of HBW Leads LLC. During the call, the representative explicitly stated they were calling to connect me with an Allstate agent for an insurance quote. When I questioned how they obtained my information so quickly after my private inquiry with a completely different carrier, the representative claimed that the timing of their call was a mere "coincidence". They also tried to claim it was public data from voting registration. Based on my experience in the IT industry, and the precise next-day timing, this is an obvious evasion. My real-time consumer shopping data was actively intercepted, purchased, or transferred without my explicit knowledge or consent to fuel an aggressive outbound telemarketing solicitation. Furthermore, my phone number is actively registered on the National Do Not Call Registry.

I called about 3-5 different agencies when I was looking to switch agents and Bo Hash impressed me…read morebecause he listened to our business situation and answered my insurance related questions unlike other agents who just tried to pump me for information so they could send me a quote for something. I think Bo understands how Insurance works better than most agents and that is important to me because I don't just want the cheapest policy with skimpy coverage, I want proper protection for the best price possible. Some insurance agents terminate communications with their customers after they make a sale I appreciate the fact that Bo continues to respond quickly when we need service and has even checked in with us on the weekend when he knew we may be acquiring a vehicle so he could add it to our auto policy for us.
