What's going on with all these online Insurance Brokers they don't take the time and assess you instead they try to sell you a plan that don't fit your needs and you end up refunding the process because you're overpaying few hundreds for nothing. You also might experience going to see a doctor and find out that your plan that you pay for does not cover what you're looking for. I was shopping in the mall one day and I saw the insurance company called Your Insurance Agency. I walked in and this is where I met the person named Rick Contrell. What I learn, when I spoke to Rick. In life you have to take your time and listen to everybody. There are many sizes and shapes and colors and millions of personalities out there. What makes it all work when you listen to the person that's really trying to help you. Despite if it takes long. About Rick, I want to talk about him right here for a lot of good things about this gentleman. He's a retired Vet served in the US Air Force and this is what he does to help the community. Just recently he lost his wife due to Covid. That they've been together for a very very long time and this is what he does to stay busy and focus. He states his purpose is to help people. I can't express anymore that he is very patient and very Charming. My process may took a while but we are going through every line items and understanding what plans im signing up for. And while I'm going through this process that's when I learned that he was really trying to help me. He wasn't trying to oversell anything or out for my money like those insurance online. He was really trying to find something that's going to work with my doctors and my meds. What's even more incredible. The insurance I was looking for was not what he normally work on a daily basis. The customers that he normally work with is Medicare patients or Medicaid. At the end of the tunnel of this I was very amaze. And I'm saving hard working money and paying exactly what I'm looking for. So if you have anybody any elderly people or friends that needs Medicaid or Medicare go to Rick. And if you don't want to go through what I went through? I still advise to see if Rick. Rick texts or calls me some times to follow up to make sure that I'm doing okay. No one does that! My first contact was with Maribeth G... his account manager, who was my speed-dial-go-to-savior during the complicated process of my state-to-state transfer for auto insurance, my in-state new auto purchase for my second car, and the closing on the purchase of my new home-- which ALL HAPPENED AT ONCE. Patient, understanding, empathetic, and AMAZING... she was my port in the storm. She literally told me, "I'm bringing my work laptop home and I'll be on my cellphone all weekend, in the event that you close-- I don't want your State Farm insurance holding up your closing!" Who DOES THAT!?! Maribeth and State Farm do!! I was also astounded and validated when applying for my loan for the second car at the Chevy dealership, the financing department raved about Erik when they were noting my coverage information. Hilariously, the following week, when I was picking up the car, they called me into the office... to introduce me to Erik who so happened to be there that day! I was able to put the face with the name! (and he to mine!)-- "Small town" connections... make everything so much more personalized, yes? And speaking of small town personalized support-- after moving, Maribeth offered to come by my house to help my husband and me set up our Drive Safe program beacons/ app... and come right over she did! I know this sounds ridiculously weird, but I actually feel like my State Farm peeps are family now. I couldn't be happier.

Originally there was a woman named Erika who was working our claim quite coincidentally got terminated for making illegal decisions within the company. Mind you when we had last spoken to this person before we were aware of termination (mind you no one called us we had to call THEM) we were told that we weren't at fault and our vehicle would be fixed. Now as we were attempting to get the preferred in-next work list to fix our vehicle we had called the company since there had been no response for about a week and a half and then ANOTHER woman named Stephanie NEVER called us to figure out what happened, did not re-open the claim and re-do investigation, DID NOT CALL US TO GET OUR SIDE OF THE STORY OR PICTURES OF OUR VEHICLES DAMAGE. She just advised us she had only had the claim for 3 days, only called there customer who advised that we had "switched places" during the accident and deemed it was our fault even though she did not do her own investigation even after we sent her all proof that it was not our fault Stephanie was to lazy to complete her job nor do it correctly even after our original person Erika had been terminated. Does it seem like this is because our vehicle isn't getting fixed by them and now progressive and our insurance will have to fight it out? Yes. But what this is, is the fact that we were already treated poorly when Erika was terminated, we were not informed, then Erika only had the claim for 3 DAYS and did not contact us and proceeded to deem it our fault. Mind you there were also 2 little ones in the car as well and our Vehicle has a Magnet on it stating there a baby on board (also on during originally photos and in said photos). I apologize to anyone in advance who gets Stephanie she is lazy.
