He prescribed MINOCYCLINE to her after she asked about the bad side effects of another drug he was going to prescribe. He told her this would be better for her. She spent 5 days in Pediatric Intensive Care and now has chronic headaches and vision loss that may never be reversed. Dr Lewis' response when I called to tell him, "that drug cures many people, sorry it did not work for your daughter." Please beware of him and of the drug.

I got there tried checking in and was told it was not sent over. And unfortunately I couldn't be seen today now. I was furious because I took a day off work, faught traffic to get there on time. Instead of the receptionist calling my doctor and asking them if they could fax it over again now. Nope told me I had to make another appointment. Didn't try and help me work it out at all. The only thing she was concerned about was making me another appointment. My doctor resent it over again when I left. I called Dr. Robert Murgia's office asking if they received it now, they got it a couple of minutes later. Again wanted me to make another appointment! They no problem with wasting my time today and loss of work and my time. I told her I'll come if they wave my Copay. She said they wouldn't do that. I asked them, do you think my time is not as important as the Doctors? Again! You want us to make you another appointment! They were relentless! And didn't care about my time. I told them why would I want to go to a place who doesn't care about their patients or mine? They also told me it's my responsibility to make sure they have that prior authorization before you go. And they do not follow up with you at all to let you know that you're all set. You have to waste your time and keep calling them. They don't seem to care about the patients. So here I am to let everyone know that Dr. Robert Murgia's office in Peabody Mass. Is a shitty office that doesn't care at all about their patients, or wasting your time. Because it doesn't matter to them, just the Doctors time is important. If you can please respond back and let me know if this post changed your mind?
