My friend encouraged me to try a custom suit at John's. What a nice experience and what an awesome suit. Not only do you get to choose fabric and style, you get a suit that is exactly fitted for your body. A suit that hangs just perfect. I feel terrific in it and get lots of compliments. I highly suggest seeing Beau or John for a custom suit.

Being new in town, I didn't have a tailor that I had a history with and I was pretty nervous about letting just anyone alter my dress! I chose this shop based on the yelp reviews and, upon meeting the owner, Gwen, my nerves were immediately calmed. Because my dress ended up being very difficult to work with, the alteration ended up taking several weeks and I made a handful of visits to try my dress on during the process. This may be seen as an inconvenience to some, but I feel that this shows how careful and thoughtful Gwen was about what she was doing. I would rather make several visits over a period of time than have someone going rogue with the scissors on a sentimental piece of clothing. During each visit, she would go over options with me and we would make a decision together about what was best. The end result is stunning and looks exactly how I wanted it to look. In addition to this, I enjoyed visiting with Gwen when I would stop in and we ended our last session with a hug. :) If you are looking for a thoughtful and talented tailor, I definitely recommend this shop!

I wanted to get alterations for a gown I bought online. I only needed the dress hemmed a few inches because it fit perfectly everywhere else. I was in David's Bridal and I asked about alterations. I was not feeling their price or turn around time. A few doors down from David's Bridal, I noticed a new place had opened. I searched for them on Yelp and I found 2 reviews. The two reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. I figured they had to at least be decent if they were a few doors down from David's Bridal. I called them and asked if I could come by and they said of course! When I got there, I was immediately greeted. The ladies were so friendly and I could tell they knew what they were doing. They even gave me suggestions on where to get some shoes because they ones I intended to wear with the dress were glittery, which was sticking to my dress. I dropped my dress off a Friday and it was ready by Wednesday. Not only do they do great work...they do it quickly! I will definitely be using them again!

They staff was so friendly, welcoming and relaxed. They made me feel comfortable immediately. I loved that my consultant looked for dresses for me but also let me look for dresses. They let you get dressed on your own unless you want someone in there with you (which is actually so nice). The store is small but has an amazing selection of dresses. I found a number of dresses I really liked and was so happy to finally find the one! I couldn't commit immediately and they were very understanding. They took pictures for me (which apparently some stores do not allow) and talked me through the whole process. When it cane to ordering, I was so scared because it was 5 months before my wedding and most bridal salons told me that I was a fool for waiting so long! Here, they confirmed that I had plenty of time. Some of their dresses were available for preorder and could arrive as early as two months later while even if my size wasn't in preorder, it would arrived more than a month before my wedding. I ended up ordering it and they called less than a month later to say it had arrived. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. Trust me-- this is the best place to get a dress!
