They are kind, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make the experience special every single time. They are attentive without being pushy, helpful without hovering, and they truly seem to care about helping you find exactly what you're looking for. Anthropologie clearly hires only the very best. But here's the mystery: a store that sells approximately 97% breakable objects apparently believes in sending them home into the world completely unprotected. Every visit goes like this: Me: "Do you have paper to wrap this?" Cashier: checks empty drawer like it might magically appear Cashier: "No, sorry." So there I am, walking out with a delicate glass vase, balancing it like the Olympic torch while praying the parking lot doesn't have speed bumps. I'm not asking for museum-level packing. Just... maybe a sheet of paper? A napkin? A page from last week's sales flyer? At this point I'd settle for someone whispering, "Good luck." It's a little ironic that a store full of fragile items sends you out the door like you're transporting antique china in your bare hands. Still love the store. Just wish the breakables had a slightly better survival plan between the register and my car.
