Bailey was the associate that helped us. She was super friendly, and seemed to genuinely want to help. So they definitely get an A for customer service.

Every associate was very friendly and greeted me warmly and eagerly. They were very informative as they showed me the newest drops and colors. They shared bags that I could wear for work and informed me of sales as well. While this trip didn't end with a purchase, I will definitely return in the near future when I'm looking for my next handbag purchase.

Several (I'm guessing last years items) clearance items have original sticker prices of $250 - $400 .... after savings they run anywhere from $60 - about $100. Good deals to be found if you take a few minutes to look. Seems like high quality and my wife was happy with her purchase. They took great care to wrap it nicely to protect the item. I'd recommend them if you're in the market for a new, high quality purse.

Returns are always easy, and the cashiers are efficient and pleasant. I do shop this location periodically. It's about a 50/50 chance on whether the stock is orderly and organized. The worst area is usually the cosmetics and accessories (to the far right in the store). If you like to dig through the additional markdowns, it's not unusual to find items broken, sampled, etc. Same for the additional mark clothing; every once in a while those racks look more like thrift racks than clearance, but once you find that diamond in the rough it can be worth it. I do wish this location got more of the special occasion pieces, but either I always miss them or they go to different Rack locations. If you've got the time, it's a great place to find great prices on everything from budget-friendly brands to designer brands.

It's not uncommon to have difficulty finding assistance, finding sizes in the wrong place - specifically shoes, messy racks, clothes left in changing rooms, and a long checkout line moving at a snails pace. When shopping here I expect at least a 50% discount, but it's not uncommon to only find 25%-30% on discounted items. Even with these negatives, I've found great shoes and some clothing. I will return because I love the thrill of a good hunt!

It can be easy to miss the store from the road, but once there, they will take care of you and make sure to earn future business if at all possible.

Men's and women's clothing are separated out. Middle of the store left is men and middle of the store right is women. Small section in back, behind the men's clearance for children. Clearance section isn't overly large, but she did find a couple shirts that were his style at a really reasonable price. Staff interaction was only at check out, but they were friendly and quick to take care of us. Like I said, not really my style, but I'd return again to look for stuff for her son.

I use it more often than the pants I bought to be honest. That's a pretty sweet deal for their stuff! Just a heads up it's usually the rare sizes that end up on sale. I would normally wear a small, but had to settle for an extra small. I guess extra small people don't typically need to work out? Makes sense!!
