These guys went above and beyond the call of duty…read more I was switching service with two unrelated carriers, and ran into a problem that would leave me without a phone for several days. This ordinarily is just an inconvenience, but as my transmission in my car went out and I was stranded, it was more of a problem. I was in a situation where I had no way to communicate with mechanics/friends/etc. and so walked in to see if I could use their phone. Sam was so helpful, so kind, and also so chill, and it made an incredible difference on a day when my stress levels were very high. Not only did he let me use their phone, he started trying to debug whether an eSim would work for me, as well as providing lots of other helpful information. Understand that he was getting no business from me, he was just being helpful, as I was switching between two carriers unrelated to at&t. The next day, after I had come up with a game plan to get a new sim, I went back into mad mountain to get a temporary phone. When they didn't have the burner phone in stock, they went ahead and loaned me an iPhone so that I could buy and use a temporary sim, as my pixel wouldn't take their sims. I've never even heard of a wireless shop loaning out a phone like that. This is a locally owned entity, and they went above and beyond the call of duty both times, for which I am so grateful.

I will certainly trust Dr. Schwartz with any orthopedic issues and encourage others to do the same.

I especially asked if the new screen will be as good as the original one and they assured it is so I bought the service. When I got the phone back 30 minutes later with new screen, it definately was not as good as the original one. It has lower refresh rate and the colors are a bit off. I asked about it, and they said that the most of the people won't even notice it. Then I asked is this OLED screen like the original one and they said it is not and it is actually LCD screen. I told them that this was not what I was expecting and they said that they can but the old broken screen back if I want or I have to pay extra 85 usd to get the OLED screen. They ended up giving me a free screen protector as compensation, but the whole thing still annoys me. So because of all the misinformation and I would say lying, I cannot recommend them really to anyone.

I don't know what's happened to the place, but most of the previous employees who were my faves, like Chelle and Sydney, are gone. The whole "vibe" of the place has sunk to the pits. One particular person, I'm not sure, I think her name is Jennifer? had a snarky attitude, was dressed like a much younger adult and reeked of alcohol! I didn't even have to stand by her, I could smell it. And then, the flirting between her and the manager Derrick (sp?) was a huge turn off. It made the place uncomfortable to shop in. Not to mention feeling like I was being watched like a thief. Vibe has great products, my faves being the edibles, and the prices are decent. But, Vibe has lost it's VIBE. I'll have to go back to my old dispensary. I only went to Vibe because the previous employees were welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. These clowns look like they've sampled too much of the stock. Edit to add: Richard, after spending the amount of money I have there, I'd say that I was a great customer.
