I enjoyed an excellent lunch here with my nephew today. We had been running some errands over the last couple of hours up in Lancaster and were making our way back towards Jennersville and he suggested we go there because his dad liked it. If my brother likes it I'm willing to give it a shot. We arrived well after the lunch rush, I think it was around 1:50pm. A quick look around the dining area which was like two small rooms on either side of the front door reminded me of a retro European bistro. There was only one table occupied as we entered the small establishment and walked up to the counter. I quickly scanned the large chalkboard behind and then we each ordered 2 slices of pepperoni pizza with a soda. Price came out to just over $6 each. Not bad at all. From we grabbed a seat in the corner and waited for our food to arrive. Less than 10 minutes later the lady that took our order brought the huge slices out and also dropped off shakers full of parmesan cheese and oregano. The slices were served on a steak platter and covered from edge to edge with pepperoni. They were a little greasy but not to bad. The grease ran right off the slice and onto the plate. The dough was fresh, thin and very crispy. I really enjoyed these slices and I was thinking of different pizza combinations I could try in the future. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. An excellent experience and the server also gave me a carry out menu that had some coupons in it for future orders. Perfect. read more

I stopped ordering from here 3 years ago due to the fact that they couldn't seem to get my orders right. My husband talked me into ordering from them after 3 years and what do you know they messed it up again! I ordered online for delivery and put instructions under 2 of the items. One for my elderly mother. She just wanted the meatball sub in a container without a roll, well we got the meatballs in a container with No Sauce or cheese, just dry meatballs. That is not what we ordered. So I called and was not very nice. The manager did her best to smooth me over but no dice. I will NEVER eat at that Pat's again! read more

We stopped here spur of the moment with 33 middle schoolers and they were fantastic! We had pre-ordered the pizza, thinking we were going to do take out on our way to a basketball game, but we arrived early and asked if they had room for us. Our server Elizabeth was awesome! She made sure all the kids were seated, fed, and given drinks within a few minutes. We pretty much took over the restaurant, so I really appreciated how accommodating they were. This is a great Greek-style pizzeria. The Pizza is the best I've ever had. I'm biased though as I grew up in Pennsville, NJ (location of the first Pat's Pizzeria) and it is the pizza I grew up on. The Cheese steaks are ok. But in my experience, they don't provide nearly the quantity of beef that I expect in a cheese steak. Delivery is horrible. I have never ordered anything from there that didn't require at least an hour to arrive and the food is nearly always cold when it does arrive. It's best to pick it up yourself. This was our first experience ordering from this place. The best part is ordering online, I just wish the food got even close to that. The Salads are the best thing we had and all the other food was well below average. We tried a thin crust pizza, that tasted like cardboard with barbecue sauce - for a pizza joint that was really shocking. We also tried the sweet potato fries well done and they ended up being one large pile of mush when they got to us. They clearly have no clue how to cook or package hot food to keep them crisp. what a waste of money. As others have said, the food was more expensive compared to other local companies. Just ordered pizza tonight from this place for delivery. Obviously its halloween, but after 1.5 hrs of waiting, and 30 minutes after the promised time, I tried to call to ask for a status update. Was told, its on the way, when asked for the manager, was hung up on, multiple times. Just plain rude and ignorant. Never have experienced such awful service, nor simply such ignorant management. I normally don't put businesses on blast, however tonight Pat's Pizza in Oxford took the cake! Order a chicken sandwich, it was wrong 3 times, once it was made with a burger was told "not possible", drove all the way back for my "chicken" sandwich, got out of the parking lot to be told "come back we gave you the wrong sandwich we gave you a cheesesteak", go back and when I asked to look at it before I left I got MORE of an attitude from the already condescending "manager" AND it was still wrong! When I tried to explain what was wrong HE TRIED TO SCHOOL ME on where the "missing" items were! When I called him out on it the kind older gentleman offered to buy me anything I wanted. I politely declined. This poor old man said he'd buy my sandwich to take to his neighbor. I gave this kind soul my sandwich to give to his neighbor...he is what kept me calm. Pats pizzeria in Oxford is a pretty good establishment. Good value for the price you're paying for the food. Their delivery service is excellent if they miss something they bring it right back out to you or if they mess up they pick it up and read deliver it. So I am/was a long time customer. The last few times I have ordered, the food was either cold, partially cooked, or borderline bad. Ordering delivery I never expect hot food but cool to the touch isnt acceptable. The last couple times, the food was only partially cooked as in not fried all the way and cheese not melted all the way. The last salad I ordered was wilted and really should not have been served to anyone. Seeing as all these issues have only come up in the last few months, I guess they have made worker or manager changes. I dont mind fluke issues but the last 4 orders have had issues. I love this place. Food is always great I get the chicken Cesar salad and the chicken is always amazingly moist and full of flavor. We recently went there and got the cheese steak pizza and it was O...M..G!!!!! my dad and husband couldn't get enough of it!!! The only thing I could ask is that they make the lights over the tables with the booth and chairs. Every time I get up I hit my head... I could even look at it then a few mins later I get up and hit my head.... the other night my dad got up and his whole head went into the light.... and that glass is really thick. We ordered many items which included a chicken gyro with sauce on the side. They delivered it cold and there was more sauce in the sandwhich than actual meat. I ate half of it until my stomach got queasy. Such a disappointment. The meat didn't even taste like a gyro. Two stars goes to the driver for her cheerful personality. The Chicken Thai wrap was too sweet. If you don't cook something well don't put it on the menu. read more

This place is awful. Don't let the pictures fool you; their food looks nothing the photos. I ordered a cheesesteak. Now you would think that given their proximity to Philly, they would be able to make a good cheesesteak. First, my sandwich arrived ten minutes before anyone else's food (red flag). It was over cooked and dry, and I could barely find any cheese on it. I asked for fried onions, and there were huge chunks of onions, like someone couldn't bother themselves to dice them up. I returned it and asked for one that wasn't burned, and had cheese on it. Meanwhile, my wife and mother's food arrived. My wife ordered a chicken cheesesteak wrap. The server brought her what resembled a chicken ranch wrap (tomatoes, lettuce, chicken, and ranch). She chose not to send it back, but it was tough and dry. My replacement cheesesteak arrived, and given the condition of the meat, they either reused it and added more cheese, or they made a new sandwich with more cheese and meat that was still burned and dry. Either way, I could have gotten better food at a Wawa. On our way out, the couple at the table near ours was also complaining about the food. It's good to know it wasn't just me. We have NEVER had bad food or service at this Pat's and we've gone there for years and often! Everything is always hot or fresh and DELICIOUS. The servers and management have always been attentive, friendly, and super conscientious. AND I KNOW THAT IF I GOT ANYTHING I WAS UNHAPPY WITH, I COULD HAVE BROUGHT IT TO SOMEONE'S ATTENTION THERE AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE RIGHT. Yes, they care and I know some of the reviews I've read are so unfair. I wouldn't hesitate to take my fussiest friends to this Pat's and recommend it to anyone for huge portions at great prices, as well. I'm so glad my friends and family agree with me. Yelp readers, remember that people with complaints are more likely to review on line because we just don't take the time often enough to praise. Starting off by saying 25% of the time the food and service would be rated 4 stars on a great day. Recently I ordered a single BLT club to be delivered evening hours. A hour goes by without delivery and I politely call wondering what happened to my order. Her response was he just left a few minutes ago. OK great thank you. 20 MORE mins go by still no food. Hi sir I ordered single BLT an hour and 20 minutes ago that's unexceptable sir driver just got here. The driver put the in the wrong zip code mam. I'm sorry to hear that but how is that my problem? Would you like the sand which free? Yes let me put the driver on the phone. OK here you go mam thank you. So I'm satisfied at this point. Go to eat my BLT club that would've cost me $7.49 plus tax plus $3.00 delivery to a total $12.88, the fries are COLD my BLT consists of BACON BITS?!?! lettuce tomato. First I need to say is I wish I could give negative stars, but I'm forced to give a one. Worst service I ever had. Food was cold and took about two hours to have it delivered. The assistant manager Ashley kept telling me lie after lie. Refuse to give me the number to the owner or manager. Told me that the Manager Steve will call me back, never did. Funny thing is while I was on hold I had to listen to the automated message that said Pats quality food and customer satisfaction. Again another lie, Steve you need to return my call and Ashley you need a class in manners. Pats pizza in Oxford has gone down hill over the last year. I don't know if Ashley just started a year ago and that's why it's gone down hill. When I received my cheese steaks, the buffalo chicken cheesesteak had the pickles on it & barely any hot sauce. I have had picked up and had delivery from Pat's many times since it opened years ago. In my opinion, this Pat's is NOTHING like the other well known Pat's that are in Delaware etc. The owner/manager is nice... but still doesn't change what is wrong. Their "square" pizza is not sicilian pizza, they don't let it rise. It is flat and dense and not worth the extra $3. With delivery and take-out, they never package the hot separate from the cold food. Expect wilted salads with melted cheese and melted cheese on your cold sub. The cheesesteaks are a joke, there isn't enough meat or cheese on it to even fill up my 12 yr old. They put mozzarella cheese on their salads which is too dense and rich as well as putting HOT grilled chicken on top of that. Ewww. Their chopped chicken salad is really good if you get it quickly and keep it separated from the hot food. I get take out from there in a pinch because it is convenient, but it is not worth the money at all. Can't wait to have some new places across the street! read more
