I just placed an order through GrubHub for pats select. I absolutely love their seafood pasta. This is the best pasta dish I've ever had! Seafood is fresh, pasta is cooked perfectly. I also got their cheesesteak rollup appetizers. These are just as amazing as the pasta dish. Love this even more than a cheesesteak. Love the horseradish sauce that comes with it. Amazing. :-) I also got the crab and lobster bisque. Another winner! Never had a problem with any of their food. Always good quality. And yes the food was hot! Kitchen staff, managers, and folks behind the register were not wearing masks. Their front door clearly states they are needed for entry, while that does not apply to those who work within the restaurant? Food is good with plenty of options, just a touch pricey. While I enjoy their sandwiches, I do not feel comfortable ordering food from staff not wearing a mask. 7/10. read more

My family has been ordering from Pats Gloucester City location for years. I ordered a seafood spaghetti that I have ordered many times. They delivered it without any shrimp. I called them and told them my meal did not have any shrimp. They questioned me that I was lying and wanted a free meal. I told them to look at their records and we order from them all of the time. They still wanted the original meal back. Suggested after some years if ordering from them I made up the story. Wanted a free meal. REALLY! watch out folks they are going to pass off my returned meal to someone else. Done with Pats. Loved them, true customers and they treat us like dirt. Go f yourself Pats. read more

Placed an order for delivery 5/3/17. They're address on maps is way off had to call and go way out of my way. When ordered they said 5-10 mins. Show up 25 mins later at the new address to find no parking and my sandwich not ready. 0/10 on convenience and speed, took more that my lunch hour for a single sandwich pickup order, 35 from time of order... laughable. I don't usually go to Pat's restaurants because I'm not that fond of their food. However, I was in a hurry and they were close. I ordered a meatball sandwich, and asked that it be cut in half and wrapped as it it were two separate sandwiches. This should not have taken more than an extra 30 seconds. I thought it was taking a little long, so I approached the counter and ask the person who took my order where was it. She says to me "it's not ready yet"; with attitude. The proper thing for her to say was "let me check". Needless to say she got no tip from me. Then I get 3 minutes from the restaurant, open my sandwich, and it's luke warm. If I could give 0 stars I would! My class ordered tiramisu to bring back and when we got back it smelled BAD and was MOLDY!!! Obviously like any sane person would, we threw it away as we were not going to eat that garbage. We called to let them know about this, and they told us that if we bring in their moldy disgusting tiramisu they'd give us store credit. Who just keeps moldy food?! Do not recommend! We had just sat down at a booth and within a few moments my wife had jumped out of her seat and pointed to several COCKROACHES that were scurrying across the floor, i had immediately alerted the staff and was told that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. The gentleman then said that he would seat is elsewhere and give us a discount on our food, which we emphatically denied and quickly left disgusted and nasious. Several days later i was telling some coworkers about the experience ,and was told that my boss was there a couple weeks ago and watched the wait staff drop food on the ground and quickly pick it back up and put it on the plate.needless to say, it wasn't his food that fell but he decline to stay and order food, if these people are doing things like this in the front of the establishment, i can't fathom what is taking place in the kitchen. Cockroaches, food off the floor. How are these places allowed to serve food. Do yourself and your family a favor and choose a place that is CLEAN and not REPULSIVE... my skin crawls just thinking about some one choosing to eat here.
