Ran into this place and took a risk! It was great! The sandwich was huge! I got a small and the portion was huge! The customers that sat next to me even said their sandwiches were huge and very happy. I got the garlic Parmesan fries and they really paired well with this sandwich. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the cleanliness. I think a little more attention to detail would be great on the dining area and especially the restrooms. Overall, I'm definitely coming back. Pats Philly steak and subs was an average place to eat. I was surprised that I had to ask for cheese on my Philly steak. I even asked for extra cheese and extra onions and received very little. The ambience was definitely East Coast Philadelphia, and it was nice reading the posters on the walls. The bathroom was clean and neat. Overall, a good place to eat, but there are a couple of Philly cheesesteak restaurants that are much better. read more

Food was ok, but bread was tough and they never asked if I wanted wit or wit out? Also the workers cursing in Spanish the whole time was a big turn off. Also if you're going to offer a green chili Philly, get actual green chili. Save you $20 and do next door for a great pizza for $9! read more

Coming from the Mecca of sub sandwich/ cheesesteak country, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, I felt a little weird ordering a cheesesteak here in Denver... My sweet daughter, and my S-I-L loves their sandwiches so I said, lets go for it! It was even more weird how much I liked this place, I liked the fact that they bring the grub out to your vehicle, and loved the delicious subs they create at P's P S & S. The roll is very similar to the type that is used in all the well know cheesesteak joints in Phillytown, and tastes just like the best of them. The bread holds up to all the goodness that they build into their sandwiches, and you can get a firm grip on the goodies so that everything stays in place. It's good to know that the good people of Denver have the benefit of ordering a primo sandwich of the caliber this place cranks out. The way they meld their delicious ingredients together is most notable, and delicious. I am impressed, and will be back read more

One of the better cheese steak options in town. The staff is great, they're always playing great music. The food is what really shines, though. Their sandwiches are big, but they don't fall apart. Some tips: -Make sure you order off of Toast when ordering online. The website redirects you on your phone to DoorDash which has a 15% higher MSRP. Don't be fooled. -The chicken cheesesteak is comprised of chicken breast chunks, which are delicious. If you are expecting shaved chicken breast, you will likely be disappointed as the texture is very different. I wouldn't classify this as a cheesesteak. It is more of a chopped chicken breast sandwich with cheese. -The salads I have seen come out of the kitchen are formidable. Do not shy away from this place for a healthier option. A salad is on my to try list the next time we visit. -The folks working here are good people that serve a consistently great product. We are happy to support this place. read more

Omg... new fav cheesesteak in town, sorry Denver Teds! My friend and I split a Mushroom Cheese Steak with lettuce, jalapeño, and Mayo as well as their crabby fries (aka fries with old bay seasoning and cheese wiz). I am SO full from this new but also wanting to down a whole other sandwich and fries because it was so good! Honestly, the best part was the bread. Not sure if they make it in house or if they get it from a local bakery but I'd definitely love to know. Think giant baguette but instead of long and skinny it was sub size. I have eaten many a cheesesteak and let me tell you Pat's knows what they are doing. Every component was high quality and delicious. Fresh bread and veggies, the meat was not greasy and had no inedible pieces, the cheese melted in my mouth. I suppose I should say what I got and put a picture of it. I got the large classic philly with onions, peppers, and mushrooms. It was incredibly filling and I could not eat it all in one sitting, which is a feat I can usually accomplish. Really chill Philly style decor. Was welcomed by a cool gentleman. Reminded me of a guy I met at a Ramone's concert. "Rock rock rock rock rock n roll high school." Ordered a mushroom Steak n cheese with peppers and onions. Man if this passes for a philly I feel for the peeps in Denver. Nothing comes close to a philly made from Gino's or Pat's (located in Philly). Nothing but I'd have to "Want to be Sedated" to ever be coerced into coming back here. Parm fries were solid. Bread was very fresh but the ingredients itself had very little love, Soda was flat, Cheese barely melted, huge hunks of sweet pepper that were not cooked at all. This place 99.9% of the time smacks. But when I order anything with turkey that's cold, there is always at least one hard/cartilage piece or very fatty piece. It's not the best thing to have in my sandwich or to bite on so I just kind of wish they would like make sure there aren't nasty pieces like that (I mean I'll pick it out when I get a piece), but otherwise the food tastes amazing and doesn't deter me from coming back. The danny boy is my favorite. Friendly staff, I really enjoy talking with them. The fries are the literal best fries around. The place is filled with posters, sports memorabilia & stickers & it's pretty cool. I'd recommend eating here still. read more

Used to frequent the one on Arapahoe for years and came here when I found out they have a location open on Iliff. Ordered through yelp for to go. They are not open for indoor seating right now and have everything put away - hot sauce, utensils etc. I waited for a bit to get someone's attention and finally a poor gal on lunch break ran up to give me my order. I got the Philly with Sweet Peppers Onions and Tomatoes. When I used to get at Arapahoe they sautéed the tomatoes in which I liked these were just Tomato slices which I did not like. I picked them out. The cheesesteak was good not as good as I remembered from Arapahoe but decent sandwich. The onion rings were ok probably bagged pre made and just fried. I have had the Gobbler before at old location which is basically Thanksgiving sandwich and will have to try here one day. read more

Hi Pat-I called tonight and was unable to place an order. This wasn't the first time I've called. Your location around the corner from Comrade and the taste/quality of your cheesesteaks have teamed up with them to make me smile many times. However, tonight's call will be the last. Why? I was put on hold at 8:25 and disconnected at 8:30. My attempts to reconnect were met with a message from my wireless carrier telling me that your number was "busy," and to try again. After 10 frustrating tries over eight minutes, I quit. This was not the first time that has happened to me. It was the third. Please remind your staff that you're open until 9pm. read more
