Walk around and behind the store and then up the dirt road leading between greenhouses. The cidery is on the right. The front part has a few tall tables and the bar. Go through the doorway to the left of the bar and it opens up to a huge space with picnic tables. Beyond that is a huge fire pit and Adirondack chairs. It's a really cute spot.

I was also pleasantly surprised that I liked almost every single one of them. My favorite was the currant cider - it was so good! The bartender was so friendly and welcoming. They also have a wine tasting area and cider/beer tasting area. We got 2 apple cider donuts (obviously) which were incredible. We also tried a cider flight. I asked for "the fruitest shit you have" and we got a nice spread of different and interesting things including a lavender cider. All of the staff were super nice and friendly. The place is also massive if you are into a lot of walking and things.

The inside is the tasting room is chic and classy with awesome bar service. Our bartender was super friendly and helpful. We did a tasting of their for four regular hard ciders: Slingshot, Redfield, Rosé and Wild (sadly, they were out of ice cider). Our favorite was Slingshot-- clean, crisp flavor as described! The flight is reasonably priced at $14 and is served in the cutest glasses. Definitely will return! Hopefully we'll get to try ice cider next time!

The owner seems very dedicated to having live music and supporting the arts so they had a band playing that actually sounded good! Lots of young families around enjoying the lawn games. Local ciders and beers were reasonably priced and tasty. I'm usually not the biggest fan of either but I ended up trying a peanut butter cider that turned out to be absolutely delicious. Not too sweet or tart and tasted actually quite natural. Ended up taking a growler home to share with friends. We weren't hungry so we didn't try the food but they had a chicken barbecue going and were selling cheese boards that looked pretty great. The bathroom situation is port-o-potties but to my surprise and delight they were actually clean and they offer a handwashing station outside. A++ recommend and would return.

Such a pleasant surprise! The owners are a sweet couple from the area and were so welcoming. They poured us tastes of the cider at their cute takeout window, and I was blown away - did not think cider could taste so good. They even offered some suggestions of places to eat in the area! We were bowled over by the kindness of strangers, even during a pandemic, and made sure to grab a few bottles to take home. What an unexpected treat!

The team members working there are super friendly and knowledgeable. One of the highlights of this visit was watching a couple at a nearby table order a cider flight, and it comes as an impressive display of nine tap offerings framed in a nine-pin bowling pin diamond - WOW!!! Though I am not in Albany often, I do have a few friends in the area and rest assured the next time I am in this city, Nine Pin will be where I ask to meet up with all of my friends. My 8 year old daughter love the donuts and mocktails. Overall, perfect for big groups. You order at the counter, so you don't need to stress about splitting the bill. Easy spot to bring kids. We brought our own board games and art materials to entertain our kids ages 1-8 years old. No issues!
