The idea came to me that a specialist in home entertainment systems may be able to help me, This was last Saturday so I called Custom Automation Technologies, Inc. in New Albany who were open until 6 pm. The owner, Dan Hoehnen, answered my call, talked with me about my system, and said he would come out that same afternoon and take care of it. Which he did, for about 1.5 hours he skillfully integrated a Roku stick into my mini-network which consists of an 11 year old plasma TV, a DVR, Spectrum cable box, a 11 year old DVD player all controlled by an 11 year old Bose Life Style sound system. Others had failed at this integration task, but Dan knew exactly what had to be done. He explained every step as he worked so that when he was finished I had full Roku capability on my system. He also explained how I should access and use the new feature, even helping me to document every step in the process. To top it off, he invited me to call him anytime I have a problem or a question. In summary, I could not be happier with the service provided by Mr. Hoehnen and CATI. The service was fast, expert, courteous and totally effective. Thank you, Dan and CATI! A very happy, happy customer

The woman at the front desk could not be bothered. It definitely appeared that she was irritated/bored when interacting with others. I witnessed more than one person struggle to have a decent interaction with her. You'll have to be very assertive and up front when dealing with her. Not rude but extremely forward to get what you need. Management (they hire on the talent) isn't much better. Again, I'm sure they're good at securing gigs but they need to work on hospitality and being personable. It is a dying element with many companies now and it is important. There is no reason to make potential clients and/or talent feel inferior. Humility and human touch is the downfall of this business. Never again.

Being an actress and model myself, I find that having an agent who can focus on finding new clients and processing the paperwork takes off the unnecessary burdens and stress from my shoulders. There is a saying "it's not what you know, it's who you know." While you need to have the skills and knowledge to succeed in auditions, having an established agency that has a good track record with clients is just as important, if not more. I have been booked by many different clients because of them. I am grateful for the opportunities. Thank you, Heyman Talent!

Well, let me tell you, if you are looking for a reputable, knowledgeable and affordable locksmith, then Alex is your man. He is the owner of Accurate Locksmith & Security. He is also THE locksmith. I called early on a weekday morning and he gave me a 4pm appointment time that same day. He arrived almost exactly on time. We had discussed my needs earlier, even sent photos on smartphone, making things easier. So, he was prepared. He installed a deadbolt, keyed from both sides. (Not an option for renters, Fire safety concerns) Looks like his prices haven't changed in the last 5 years. $45 to come out, install fee of $55 and price of lock. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did it. Also, he did a great job of cleaning up the mess. Alex told me he started working with locks during college in NJ. He then worked as a locksmith in several business before venturing out to start his own company. He has been solo for many years now, with great community ratings. My experience with Alex was great from the initial contact through completion of service. I highly recommend adding this business to your bookmarks. I also see that they are open till 11pm, which makes sense because one of their reps knocked on my door at 1030pm, and rang the doorbell. He launched into his spiel that he had just sold our neighbor a system, and all the wondrous free things they got. My wife politely told him we weren't interested. He plowed on with details of their service. I rudely told him to leave, and not ring any more doorbells in the dark, hoping to save our neighbors from being woken. I feel a little bad for him, because someone sent him out into the night to do this. What kind of company does that, to their employees and their potential customers?
