The second time he said he was done, he had done the bottom of the grates and put the drawer back in the grill. I had to take care of something, so I paid him, gave him a tip, and he left. I just checked (almost three hours later), and he never cleaned the drawer. Maybe he wiped it down, but it's filthy. And he never cleaned the sizzle station burner. The top of the grate is spotless, but the bottom is disgusting. I could wipe off the grease with a paper towel, so it's not like it was baked on. And the tub that the burner sits in is filled with grease. Now I have to take it apart and do his job but no one is going to pay me $150/hour to do it. Do not hire these people to clean your grill. They're counting on you not checking and just cooking right over last year's grease. I even told the guy who made the appointment that it usually takes me over four hours to clean it, and he said it would take them an hour. Yeah, when you don't clean, it can take as long or as short as you want it to.

After I filled up, Gary told me the price would vary each time I refilled based on market prices but then his larger colleague insisted that $35 was their starting and flat rate. There is also no store front, driveway, or price list; just a weird vacant area with a sad greenhouse and firewood. I should have known to drive away when I drove up but the place was conveniently located and I figured I would give it a try. I feel tricked and taken advantage of for being a woman and for being someone who didn't know better.

I said I saw $23 but he said it went up. he rang me up, I paid, then he wrote on the back of the receipt $3 off car wash. I guess that promotion is gone also. I just looked at the receipt today: $27.99 + $2.41 tax = $30.40. I paid with $100 bill and received $68 in change. I guess they include gratuity like a restaurant would?! Had a…read moreconversation with the office a month before contract ended and at that time no one ever mentioned that my contract was coming due. Then a week after the contract ended they delivered oil at double the contract price. When I called they said they dont notify customers of contract expirations but they do deliver after contract expiration. How Convenient!!! The Bill came to $900 Which was a huge hurt to my family. They gave me a $100 discount. What should have happened was that they split the difference. I would have been happy. BUT they have no regard for customer loyalty. Just a side note I am a 30 year customer. Word to the Wise check your contract dates so you don't get screwed. Highly unethical and just a terrible thing to do to a family. I am so disappointed
